Having Line Rental and Broadband for the past 2 years with the Post Office only criticism periodically the service temporary fails, as do other providers. Switched from BT and its horrendous problems,its incorrect billing, which took over a year to sort out, hence no apology!

However, the post office cost have increased considerably, recommend they reduced cost

to maintain their customers, especially in today's competitive market .With hindsight, certainly would have considered using another provider had I known about the increase.
