Hello,

Just a quick review about ARV Holidays. I talked to Parvash in ARV Holidays. And the hotel facts/information (about rating and facilities) that he gave me was wrong. He tied to take money for 4 star hotel, where as after checking it turns out to be a 3 star hotel. And they lie about it afterwords.

After this I decided to not to go with them.

So please be very careful if you are dealing with ARV Holidays.

They are very Unprofessional and have rude people... You will go crazy with their slow pace, and to top it all their staff specially this guy Shubham doesn't know how to talk to clients and the worst is you point it out to him and he doesn't even know that his tone is rough and rude, at least in my experience with people like him I would rate this agency a zero.. They will make experience in the first stage of talking.. They are rustic in their approach... I would guess they do not have internal training on behavior and they recruit people by paying peanuts and hence get illiterate ones...

Thanks ARV Holidays for organizing this wonderful trip for me. The golden Triangle tour was really wonderful. I loved Delhi, specially its food and shopping markets. And, I had listened about the wonderful Taj Mahal; It was more beautiful than my imagination. Jaipur too was really colorful with its folk dances and great food culture. I will surely love to get back to India with ARV Holidays.
