Club Hotel Pineta, Marmaris, Turkey

I thought that this hotel was amazing, I had a great time over there with my friends, I didn't want to come home and I can't wait to go back again.

the food was great and the rooms were perfect, the towels and the beds were clean and the rooms had very good air conditioning in.

The beach isn't too far from the hotel it is about a 10-15 minute walk and there are clubs just down the road as well which are just about a 10-15 minute walk.

All and all in and out of this hotel was great for me and my friends.

This hotel is one of the worst ever, please dont stay here or part with your money, its revolting, run down and you will be ill the childrens play area is a danger zone, bar glasses were filthy, chewing gum on the walls of the room inside, food was unacceptable, I booked my holiday with Holiday mate on teletext, and what a complete shower they are, the rep missed us on the first day, and we never saw him once in the 2 weeks apart from the day before we came home, we asked him for a complaint form and he said he didnt have one and the office was closed (CONVENIENTLY) in the middle of the day and then said he was too busy to talk!! I wrote to holiday mate when I returned and they said that club pineta breaks no health and safety standards and said maybe MY estimations of the place were too high!! I can back up everything I say by at least 25 other people who were there to witness everything I am telling you, and oh If you book then I hope you like the smell of rotton food and milk as you will be smelling it all day round the pools, which my children cut their feet in and yes I mean the baby pool. The staff are unfriendly and admitt themselves they hate working there and are rude to guests, we actually heard the entertainment staff saying they hated the english guests too. Please dont just read my review find others, I wish I had!!

we paid 1500 for 3 to stay at club pineta and have gladly got home safetly,we cannot believe co operative holidays had the cheek to take our money and send us here,especially after we raised our concerns after reading reports and seeing pictures by holiday makers who had stayed there,we got told co op didnt know anything about it,all lies they took our money and put us in living hell,we actually got told that pineta didnt recieve payment from co op and literally got thrown out late at night because we wouldnt hand over more cash,appauling and all co ops fault for even putting a family in this position,we are taking further action.no reputable company would have allowed this to happen.

This was a holiday from hell,rooms rubbish, food rubbish, ok if you liked every coloured pasta you can imagine,flat fish full of bones,pizza,meatballs hamburgers,same food twice a day every day that includes puddings same 3 every day,drink watered down,breakfast juice was like different coloured water,i had 3 different rooms in 1st week,1st one an attic couldnt swing a cat,2nd room got flooded and the 3rd room had a lovely view, the hotel rubbish bins,bushes and the mosque which started howling at 4.55am every morning great wake up call,it sounded as though he had eaten at our hotel and was in agony. I lived on bread and butter forI 3 days

After this we started eating out at Dianas,5 course meal including a t bone steak for 15 lira,BRILLIANT!!I am not a moaner and i know you get what you pay for and i paid £1440 for 4* and got 1*,we ordered 2 vodkas at bar and the barman took 1 drink which was already sitting on the table behind the bar and split it into 2,it wasnt even the equilevent of a british nip,one guy had 41 beers for his day and you wouldnt know he had been drinking,if you have youre own water bottle you are not allowed to fill it from the machines, you are expected to go back and forth to the bar all day,crazy or what, what difference does it make to them if you fill a cup of water or a bottle.When i was ill i had to buy water from the hotel supermarket as i wasnt able to go up and down to the water machine to get a cup of water.The only thing i can say to these people who think this hotel is ok is you must be awfully easily pleased.There were 27 safes broken into while i was there and various mobile phones and monies taken from the rooms.
