I placed an order on November 10th. My visa was charged on November 15th.

Item was in stock status and shipping was said to take 1 to 7 days. Now almost 2 months later I have received nothing. I have sent a few e-mails

which never get answered. I've never dealt with a company like this before.

Luckily they only took $19.93. So glad I did not place a larger order. I wish

I would have read some of the other reviews before I placed my order. Like

another review stated, they take your money and send you nothing. There is

zero customer service. Avoid this company like the plague.

I placed my order over a month ago. They funds were takend from my bank account. When I wanted to request status of my order there is NOT a customer service to call. What kind of company doesn't have a a customer service phone #?!? I sent an electronic status request and I am still waiting a reply so much for 24-48 hour reply it's been almost 2 weeks. I ordered these items for my sons birthday, but instead I got to show him a picture of the items that he would get someday. I wish I would at least have an ETA on delivery!

Tried to order from website and statement that merchant is having an issue with paypal. Tried to call, but no number available. Wrote 3 "tickets" with no response.

I ordered an ensiferum poster about 3 months ago and it never came in. i emailed them 6 times and only got one reply and it did not answer my question, they just said sorry their email system was down. Never got a reply since. They will take your money. do not buy from here

This company is the best I have placed numerous orders and never had a problem. I would highly recomend this company.

I placed an order for a t-shirt a few day's ago. No where in the product info did it state that it was out of stock, or on back order. This was to be a christmas gift. I placed my order, funds were placed on hold in my bank account, the time for the hold expired. Today I check the status of order, still "being processed!" I sent an email to them, they replied "pending availability and may not be delivered on time". Are you kidding me? When were they gonna email back that the product was not available. Second reply from them "Stock information is sent in the order receipt dispatched upon order inception. If a size sells out before we accept your order, it is not deceptive; it is a common occurrence during this time of year"! Like hell! If your out of stock, indicate it on your website with that item, and not waste peoples time waiting for a reply!. This is the second website that i have had this happen from! Get your act together!!!!!!

Catacombs have a vast range of CANNIBAL CORPSE and other splendid death metal bands items at an affordable price. The support staff care about the customers and promptly respond to any questions customers may have about their orders.

I'm an Australian resident and I recieved all my orders within 1-2 working weeks of the original order date. I think that is quite brilliant also given Catacombs is all the way over on the other side of the world.

The only downside I thought was the fact alot of Catacombs items were sold out before I could purchase them. I suppose this is because there are so many Catacombs customers all rushing to get particular items at the same time. Hopefully Catacombs can stock greater quantities of particular items so me and my 40 odd metal mates can all get our share of Death Metal Merchandise Greatness.

Overall Catacombs is my favourite online Metal shop. A 90 out of 100 shop!!!

I've been shopping here for years and I love it. They have more obscure/underground band merch that you can't really find anywhere else, and their customer service is fantastic both in the store itself and online. Shipping times are quick and if you have any questions, they get back to you almost immediately. Stuff does go out of stock fairly quickly though, and I would like to see a wider variety of metal bands, but if you send them a message recommending something they do try to get it in.

A few years ago I ordered a couple of Nile shirts from The Catacombs. One of them arrived within a week and a half and they ran out of stock of the other and replaced it with a different one which I love just as much. There were no problems with the shipping and it all arrived safe and sound. The fact that I did not have to wait very long for either of the shirts to arrive (even when they had to replace the other one) meant that I had found a reliable website to purchase merch from.

Recently I have purchased a Devourment shirt from them and it arrived within 1/2 - 2 weeks and I am currently waiting on two patches to arrive as well.

This website has an excellent range of merchandise to buy and I would like to start purchasing from them on a weekly basis to expand my collection of band shirts and other things. Thank you so much to everyone at The Catacombs for being such an awesome shipping company and for getting everything here to New Zealand safe and in good time! The current order that I am waiting for is #130715 and I am excited for its arrival. Once again, thank you so much! I have been asked by many friends a good website to buy merch from and I always tell them to go straight to The Catacombs! :)

at first I was skeptical with the shipping, since I prefer order tracking. However in the end it all payed out. the shirt I received was of great quality and it still feels great, I've washed it already probably 5-6 times if not more and the material still feels comfortable. I could not possibly have been more satisfied considering the price for disturbed band shirts is almost 10-20 dollars more at some places. I hope to get more band shirts from your site soon.
