In October I ordered merchandise for my daughter for Christmas. In November when my credit card statement came,I noticed the company got their money but I still didn't have anything I ordered. I sent an email requesting information on the delivery date. I got nothing so I sent another email. In December I called the number on my bill. I was told the number I called was only for ticket purchases. I file a dispute with my credit card company. Only after I filed the dispute did I get an email from ADTR telling me my items are on back order. I told them to cancel my order. They have terrible customer service! I don't want to do business with them.

I ordered 3 shirts about 3 weeks ago and still haven't recieved my package. You know I'd like my 50 dollars refunded to my account at least if you're not gonna send the merchandise.

Its a great store and a great record label though I am pretty mad about my shipping. Ordered my adtrfrankie hoodie and a pull string Halloween bag on the 7th. Its still not arrived and is in Chicago. I would have loved my bad before the. 20th but whatever. Just wish yall could make shipping quicker and I would buy a lot more.

i purchased the large size of carnifex death fn metal tshirt. apparently the sizing is different than regular. shirt is really big so as i usually wear large this one was just off the proportions. i ordered medium so this time is too small, tight but long. very different. not feel comfortable. then on top of this i got charged (for extra shipping) my credit card that they had from my first transaction WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. i know there is return policy but i talked to live agent and she never mentioned anything like that. it took me a while until i realize that i paid three times for shipping. ($ 18 )obviously i wouldnt spend $36 since im not satisfied with that shirt. and so i talked to some customer service uncompetent dude that was not willing to solve my problem. not even a bit. zero extra effort to ease the issue.so now i end up with a too small tshirt worth $18 and three times shipping charges worth another $18 with one of without my authorization.i am really dissapointed and will never do business with them again.

Have ordered from them before. I live in Ireland, so getting good quality band merch is very hard. But these guys ship here. The quality is amazing, and they deliver on time. Wouldn't change a thing, I expect to order from them at least once a month now.

The Shipping cost is fair, for the distance that the package has to travel.

The prices are amazing, much cheaper than if there was a middle man.

The bands that they have are all amazing, and they do some great bundles as well from time to time.

I wish you could give out a tracking number with every order. That is the only problem I have.

I'm from Brasil and I love all bands of victory records! And international deliveries are awesome because many sites not deliver for Brasil, Thanks again!

The merchandise is cheap and affordable. The only thing I could see improvement on is the shipping cost. It would be nice if the shipping was lowered a dollar or two! Otherwise a great place to pick up some nice bundles or cds or shorts!

I've ordered a few times from these guys and each time they are pleasant and fast to respond with any inquiries. Additionally, they are great at communicating to you any changes in the status of your order.

Case in point is the New SISTER SIN CD. I pre-ordered the pkg deal(CD, Shirt, Poster). I received word that there was a delay in the order due to the CD needing some remix work. I also had to change a detail or two on my order and each time Ryan in the warehouse was really cool about it and hooked me up and was very quick on the response.

Seriously, VICTORY RECORDS deserves recognition for OUTSTANDING customer service. Furthermore, it must be noted that they are a badass label with badass bands and a kickass staff.
