The Worst Customer Service I Have Had, Took Over £
The worst customer service i have had, took over £1000 from my Bank account when it should have been £280, They have asked for my Bank statements 3 times to show this happened. I have showed them bank statements and over 8 weeks ago they said it was there fault and they would refund me. STILL NO REFUND AFTER 2 MONTHS. They are now not answering my emails and when i call them they keep saying its being handled by there accounts department and the refund is being processed. They wont transfer me to anybody in accounts or anybody who actually knows what they are doing.
Do not buy from this company as you may loose money!!!

Stay away! When I opened case with PayPal they sent an email telling that money is refunded today 22nd November. Case with PayPal closed. Today is 8th December. Money hasn't reached my Pay Pal account yet. Vente- Privee ignoring my emails. No response whatsoever.

One Of The Worse Companies Out There
I do not normally write these reviews but I felt I should warn customers in the UK to avoid this company. Goods due to arrive on June 15th had not arrived when I telephoned them on June 28th. They promised to investigated but did not. When I telephoned again in July 6th I was told that they needed another 30 days to investigate before issuing a refund. This Company has awful customer service. Some customers appear to have had a good experience, many of us have not. Beware of this company.

I ordered two Coccinelle bags (155 pounds in total) on March 18, 2017. I even regretted ordering from their websites after I read reviews about VP online - worried that my parcel will disappear in the midway of delivery. Lucily my parcel was dispatched on March 20 - while it said my parcel might be dispatched after March 23 (I guess that's because the two bags I ordered had been sold out very quickly, so VP soon arranged stock from Coccinelle). The tracking number is linked to Yodel. I was tracking my parcel on Yodel.com every day but didn't see updated news - but finally I found that the delivery status was updated at the very bottom of the page, so one has to roll down the rolling bar when tracking. I received my parcel on March 25 (they tried to deliver it to me on March 24, but nobody was at home). I really love those two bag, and they are even cheaper than those in Bicester! The packing was really great - they used very firm paper boxes and filled my bags with lots of paper Baguette-like stuff! Overall my first experience with VP is not bad - maybe I'm lucky? But still has to be careful when shopping online.
No Problems For Me
I ordered a kipling bag with this company and received it a week later. It was delivered promptly in the time scale given. I cannot speak for those who have had a negative experience but mine was positive & I would use them again. Bag was great value!

I feel so strongly about this company I wanted to share my experience, I bought a pair of boots on the 31/12/2016 and on the 3/01/2017 I got an e-mail saying item was dispatched and the actual wording was 'may take up to five working days'. I was given an extra link that sent me to Yodel, in this message there was nothing else so if that's what the company sent me that's what I expected! However today the 15/01/2017 still no parcel but I have reported the company both to trading standards and the European trading centre who are investigating as I write this, I have spoke to VP but you either speak to rude people or promises of managers who do not call you back.
I had been told firstly to call the brand company of the item but I explained I never entered into a agreement with them and bought from VP. I did however speak to the company and they seemed genuine but am still quite sceptical because VP sent me an e-mail saying they reserve items from companies etc, also they say the link I was sent does not show what's happening beforehand which is it's on a boat from France and whilst it's a long way by water they cannot update the tracking....actual wording! My issue do not send a message saying it's going to be with me in up to five days, this company are a joke and never will I use them again!! The great thing for me is I paid through PayPal and I have put a claim in, they have been sent three e mails by PayPal to date....you guessed it not one reply! I totally agree with other people on here, maybe sounds a great bargain but they terrible to deal with and I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Slow Service And You Have To Pay For Returns
I received a (very expensive even though discounted) bag after many weeks wait. It was smaller than displayed and after a very confusing return process I had to pay to return! It was a suitcase so very expensive.
I would not recommend this site, it is not worth all the hassle.

Order Never Arrived
I have the worst experience with buying from vp you could imagine. It took 4 weeks to finally dispatch the item. Week later I have reported not receiving my order and they said they will investigate it but it may take another 4 weeks. It has been over 2 months since I placed the order and still haven'tvgot it. Comunication is poor and when I let them know that I want to claim the money back haven't heardvfrom them any more. Be aware.

Beware V-p!
I have bought from them twice before for non-clothing purchases (candy and housewares) and have been surprised how long it takes to get an item. The delivery is always delayed (happening 4-6 AFTER you pay for it), and then it is always delayed inexplicably in transit.
This time, I bought a winter coat and it did not fit. When I go to return it, I see that they do not cover the cost of returns. They want it in the original box, original packaging, and when I went to ship it (V-P recommend "Recorded/tracked" delivery) and it came to...£25.00! Outrageous!
Never ever use these people. You can shop in a store cheaper. Worst return policy and even worse process for the returns. Super slow getting items to you but instant demand for payment.
I thought that it was illegal to charge someone's card before an item shipped?! Please, I love to shop and I love a bargain but I am telling you not to use them!!!!

There's Plenty Other, Far Better Flash-sale Sites
I only started using VP after I've had some experience with Secret Sales and Cocosa, they are pretty decent, good prices (although if you can be bothered looking up products you can find similar, if not better deals online) their shipping time is acceptable (Cocosa can take longer, since they are based in US) and their customer service is good.
Now, expecting the same from VP I set myself for a big disappointment. And here is why:
- prices are comparable - I have nothing on that,
- shipping takes ages - I've ordered 3 different items from them, 2 came close to the time frame they gave on the website, third one took forever. On the day it was supposed to be dispatched they send me an e-mail saying that due to some transport difficulties my delivery will be pushed back few days, at this point I thought 'maybe I should cancel, there's no point waiting a month for a pair of shoes', but I didn't, it took over a month to get them! And they looked nothing like that gorgeous pair on the website.
- returns are just painful - starting the whole process feels professional, you have to go to your orders, pick item you want to return and print invoice and label. Great! After all that, I went to the post office to find out that posting returns isn't free, I was gobsmacked (fair enough, it probably says somewhere on the site that it isn't) So I paid that bloody £4-something and here I am, 3 weeks later, still waiting. No updates, no e-mail, no cash refund.
So if you are ever going to use flash-sale shops, stay away from this one, waste of time. I would much rather pay slightly more for stuff knowing I'm going to get it on time and I'll have no problem returning it.
