I ordered 2 shirts from them. 1 of them was two sizes short and they tell me I have to pay return shipping and reorder. That way they get you for double shipping since you have to pay shipping again, which they jack up to make more profit.

Excellent Service

Firstly, what's with all the negative review? I ordered a lanyard from this coming, 2 - 3 days later it was shipped. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I messaged them on Facebook, had a reply within 5 hours telling me it was shipped the same day. The item then took 7 days to arrive. (from USA to the UK)

Excellent customer service and highly recommend this company.

Dont Order From Them! Trust Me

DO NOT ORDER FROM rockabilia these people do not know what customer service is. Here's a $60 shirt I ordered that came with half the buttons ripped off. The girl I spoke to even checked inventory and the same thing happened. They would not refund my expedited shipping back or help in any way. They offered me a 30% discount. What a joke. I'm sure @ironmaiden would want to know how bad the service is of the distributor of their merch.

I Don't Think My Shirt Is Never Coming.

Im being very generous giving it 2 stars, I ordered a shirt on there and they said that when it ships they'll give me a email saying it's shipped along with a tracking number, but I didn't get the tracking number, but they did say it's shipped. They said 3 - 6 weeks but it's been 5 so it's taking a long time. Also, I didn't know how much it would cost because the receipt I was email says $30 with shipping but my bank says it cost $50 because they didn't tell me that I was paying in USD, not CAD or whatever. I wish I had known how much it was going to cost, otherwise I would have never got it.

Don't Buy From Rockabilia

Really bad customer service. I ordered a couple shirts from them. One was about two sizes too small. Customer Service was extremely rude when I tried explaining the shirt was unwearable.

The other shirt has been on back order for the past five months. That should not be acceptable for any reputable business.

With Rockabilia you will be lucky to get your order and if you do you'll wish you hadn't, quality isn't there, not really official merch.

Rip Off Site That Sells Items They Don't Stock

I made the mistake of not checking Rockabilia's reviews before making a purchase. I but thousands of dollars of items of the internet regularly. I found a Pink Floyd baseball cap on Rockabilia.com and ordered it. Generally website will tell me prior to the purchase if the item is on "back-order" but not this outfit. Not only did they take my money for the purchase and then send me an email saying they wouldn't charge me until the item shipped they lied. I got the credit card statement and they charged me the same day of the order. They also said they would send me a tracking number once the item has shipped. Well that was 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing more from these rip-offs but I have heard from my charge card company. I think this is there general practice. They buy items from other sites once they have a customer for the itme, mark it up, charge way too much for shipping, and hopefully someday you may get the product. My plan is to contact the BBB and every site on the web I can. DO NOT BUY FROM ROCKABILIA.COM is my best advice.

Not only is that true but when you go to the website they give you to go to for more info you get a blank age and when you call the tell you backorders may take 8 weeks. Take thousands of dollars from people collect the interest and use the money for positive cash flow and then two months later send an overpriced and unathentic product, Dont deal with Rockabilia.

Cheap Junk

"I bought a Mastodon T-shirt from this lousy company about a week ago. I paid $6 for shipping on my $22 shirt and it still took 6 days to get to my house. After receiving the item, I tried it on ( a slim fit Large) and it fit perfect, a tad on the loose side even, but I knew it would shrink a touch in the wash. When I took it from the dryer, on medium heat, I knew right away I had a problem. This shirt had shrunk from an adult large to what looks like a child medium. I put the shirt on, in hopes that my eyes were deceiving me. I look down and see my belly sticking out just below my navel! WHAT!? This is ridiculous! I think to myself. What a cheap junky t-shirt. I've gotten higher quality shirts for $10 in a back alley behind concert venues.

So, I decide to call them and tell them of my situation. They told me they can't take back worn or washed items. I told them that I understand, but this is a case of a defective item in my opinion. All clothes shrink in the wash a bit, but this is absurd. I told the lady that I wanted to speak to a manager, to which she smuggly replied, "I am the manager".

I reiterated my dissatisfaction to this woman, and told her that I believe that they have sold me a cheap shirt and that I am not happy with the price I paid for such a low quality item. She told me that she could send me a replacement for half price. I said, "well, what if that is junk too?" She replied, "maybe then we might see an issue and take it from there".

That statement didn't sit well with me, I'm certainly not going to take the risk of losing even more money. So I asked one more time if they could take back the shirt and at least refund me less the shipping charge, she told me flat out, no.

So, I have chalked it up as a loss and a lesson learned.

Don't buy any of this overpriced JUNK from this shady company, that doesn't care about it's customers or quality of products."

Customer Service Is Horrible!

don't waste your money. My fiancee paid 6.99 for a Halloween mask...we got it and it was made out of paper. We get told if we return it we must pay shipping and a restock fee of $5.00....... so after the shipping and the restock fee we would basically be paying you to take it back... Not happy at all. I have purchased a lot of band shirts, hoodies, and coffee mugs from your website. Never again.

Well, bought 2 t-shirts a couple of months ago. Backordered. No problem. One month passed...shirts are still backordered. Another month passed...shirts are still backordered. NO customer service, NO "look there's no way you'll get your stuff" e-mail...just the automated "backordered" e-mail. Well, in no way I can recommend this "company" to a friend. Not even to my worst enemy, to be honest. Plain and simple: they suck!!!

I ordered a shirt on February 15th 2014 and I haven't received anything or an order tracking number. It's for my 8 year old son and I want a tracking number so I can keep up with where it is. It was a birthday present and was supposed to already have it. It hurt his feelings. Is there anyway I can track it?

I hate to say this, but get your money back now. I had something very similar happen and the items for my son never arrived we even months later. They kept telling me two weeks, and then nothing. When I pressed repeatedly, I was told (after 6 mos.) that they get we everything sent to them by different vendors and didn't know when the stuff I'd ordered would be in. Got m Ty money back, and even then I was told i couldn't get a receipt for my retun because they "didn't do that." Terrible company and terrible service.
