ordered a phone from these guys paid $300 when i got recevied the phone it did not work emailed them and they told me to bad nothing they could do for me stay far away from this place..

Good communication and fast delivery but quite expensive as they don't pay towards custom fees to the UK. And also the discount code provided by the company does not actually work.

Ordered a mobile phone from Chinavasion it was at my address in the UK 36 hours later.T his is the second time I have purchased from them and the customer service is excellent.Delighted. Would recommend to anyone!! Although import duties could have been explained more clearly.

Items never received. No refund

I ordered a phone and some other things. (160$) Products never arrived.

I opened a ticket and after months of back and forth. I was told there's nothing we can do.

Fedex shows delivered to post office... Post office shows waiting for package.

So I lost 160usd.

Never buy from them!

You get what you order on time and their products work.

Have got laptops, tablets phones and portable dvd players, never had a problem.Recommend them to family and friends.
