Items Arrive Damaged, No Customer Service

Items take weeks to arrive. Item arrived damaged due to flimsy packaging. Customer service don’t respond and are useless. Really poor company.

Appalling lack of customer care

I bought an expensive electric toothbrush from CoolShop in October 22. By Nov 23 it had developed a fault and keeps running out of charge. The customer care is shockingly bad. I had to send 4 emails over a month before I had a response and was firstly accused of sending to a no reply email address (totally wrong and no apology).

They insist that I post the toothbrush back to Denmark where they are based (not to Oral B in the UK) and say it’ll take 3-6 weeks. No response to my repeated question about how we are meant to manage with no toothbrush for that long!

I was blindsided by the ‘co.uk’ email / website and would never have ordered from abroad if I’d known as their T&C are so different to ours. They are being so unhelpful and won’t respond to direct questions - they keep on changing the same mantra.

They Accept Your Money But They Don't Send The Ite

They accept your money but they don't send the item out. Customer service just stall and tell you to wait longer if you can even get hold of anyone.

I ordered a game and 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived and the Royal Mail tracking number they gave is not recognised by Royal Mail. Completely fake tracking number.

Complete Bad Company. They Didn't Send The Game Fo

Complete bad company. They didn't send the game for 2 weeks after it was released when I pre ordered it. Customer service were not helpful. The royal mail tracking number was fake. The game never arrived, they blamed Royal Mail. I had to go to my bank to get a refund.

Terrible!

Ordered sone specialist dog food after finding Coolshop during an 8nternet search. The price appeared good so I placed an order. 2.5 weeks later I contacted Coolshop to ask where my shipment was. The reply was very vague and it was only when I pushed them that they informed me that my shipment was stuck in UK Customs. I had no idea that I was buying dog food from a seller overseas.

It’s now 3 weeks after my order and Coolshop is not responding to any of my emails……

AVOID using these people!

Appalling - Do Not Buy From Here!

Firstly, it was not made clear that the kettle I was buying had a plug from Europe, even though I'm on the UK website. There was no illustration to show this. I have tried to send it back but the address they provide on their website has not been recognised when Royal Mail attempted delivery. It has been attempted 3 times and now back at the depot. Customer service just fob me off and say it might be up to 5 weeks and they can't help me. It's a PO BOX address for the returns which is clearly hard to find and not being manned. I will now be £105 out of pocket.

Don't Get Sucked In By The Good Prices

Appalling company to deal with. I bought from their .co.uk website, which very much gives you the impression it is UK based. Even quotes royal mail delivery times. But I was sent a product with a European plug - this was not stated anywhere. I had to get in touch twice to get sent a return label. 9 days after it was delivered to the UK return address I contacted them for an update on my refund (as it's stated in their terms and conditions to do that). They told me they couldn't refund me until the product has arrived in Denmark, but couldn't provide me with any time frame as to when this would be or tracking for this part of the journey. So I am left in limbo with no idea when I might get my money back. They also sent me a new set of returns terms and conditions which doesn't match the ones I can see on their web page which state to return to the UK and get in touch if you're not refunded after 9 days. They admitted that the terms were 'misleading' but still wouldn't sort my refund.

Gran Turismo 7 Pre Order

Pre-ordered this like others for Gran Turismo 7, had to wait till the 11th for my game which was no use to me since I had to travel to Liverpool for a week and the game arrived on the afternoon just after I left. Coolshop in UK shows as .co.uk site and says they try to have the game arrive to you for the day of release. yet they waited till the last day to send it from DENMARK with a 48 hour Royal Mail delivery, so even if it arrived in the UK on the day I would have had to wait 2 more days for it to arrive. I didn't even bother contacting them after seeing the bad reviews because I knew I would get nowhere. If you live in the UK avoid this company like the plague.

Empty Box!

Bought an item from their shop! We had our delivery two weeks later and the box that arrived was empty!! Sellotape up to the hilt! Clearly was opened, taken, and retaped up! We contacted Coolshop for an immediate replacement or money back and they replied with 'under investigation, please don't send us any more emails as this can disrupt the progress'!! How about you just return our money or we go to court!!

Not Cool To Shop

I ordered some marshall speakers back in mid November for my son birthday they arrived just before Christmas ??? Unfortunately the speakers wasn't working so I send it back early January . We are now mid March and I hasn't been refunded?? They have excuses at every email I send them . Please AVOID coolshop

I just recently bought a Bosch garden shredder, which arrived but without the all important power cord. Without it, the machine is useless.

I contacted Bosch, however as the machine came from Europe, they cannot help.

As it stated Coolshop.co.uk, I assumed I was dealing with an UK firm but clearly there has been some misrepresentation here.

What can I do?
