Appalling Customer Service.i Recently Switched Ban

Appalling customer service.I recently switched bank accounts and all my direct debits were transfered to my new account.No problem with any of the 17 direct debit but K&co didnt update their records so although it was all set up on my ebanking they did not call for payment on my new account therefore having a default charge and a default on my credit file.!!Trying to explain to these people that it was there fault its so frustrating .Because of there incompetence i now donot have a perfect credit score.They should of amended their records and commenced collections from the new account as per original direct debit instruction as stated on their terms and conditions.Perhaps the staff should read them.

Me And My Mother Have Been A Loyal Customer Of Emp

Me and my mother have been a loyal customer of empire stores and spent alot of money with them. Recently i bought a 32" jmb lcd hd tv off them but when i receieved it the item was damaged in transit, i rang them up to try and return this item and spent god knows how long on the phone and alot of money ringing them up and wasted time. I was given a return date and they never turned up or even bother to ring me to let me know they wasn't coming which made me angry. Once i finally got through to someone they said it was due to bad weather and to wait 48 hours which i did, yet again they still didnt show so i wasted yet more money ringing them for them to tell me they will collect it monday. I dont have much faith in them sticking to the agreed day, also i think i should let everybody know that empire stores customer services and its sister companies after 6 oclock is run by normal people on their homes phones (which is why it takes forever to get through)

I Have Been Waiting To Return The Above Item For F

I have been waiting to return the above item for four weeks have been given four different dates and no one has collected. Now I am being asked to pay towards this item on my account.As you know it is waiting to be returned ,I am fuming. If I do not pay this amount I will incur a cost of £12 for payment default for an item I am not keeping and which would have been returned to you before my statement was sent out if collection had been made.This has taken four weeks and many expensive phone calls which I should be billing you for. Still no luck in getting this item collected !!!

I Got An Empire Stores Sale Catalogue In The Post

I got an Empire Stores sale catalogue in the post today. I selected 5 items and tried to order the items by phone twice. The first time i had to wait twelve minutes and the second time twentyone minutes. I then tried to order online but the website is absolutely abismal. It would not let me order the sale items.
