I ordered a game for my son for Christmas and even after waiting two weeks and then having to buy the digital version so he wasn't disappointed Christmas morning, still no game or refund. Claimed had been pushed through my letter box when it's not big enough to take packed without damaged the packaging? Told me I was being absent minded by not looking for it properly and was I sure I hadn't picked it up by mistake. I paid nearly £60 for the physical game to them have to spend an additional £50 on the digital version- wouldn't even take my name or order number when I called up.

This game was quite hard to find a couple of years after its release, but base.com had it in stock in the UK and it was a decent price. Ordered as a Christmas present for my son, it arrived promptly and he got many, many days' entertainment from it over the holiday period.

Hi, not a fault at your end I am sure but at present I am still waiting my delivery and can only assume it's to do with the Royal Mail strikes etc.
