i think jml is fake i got my 30 day free trial it never worked on their website if yous want to save money your going to the place

This is a total and utter nonsense! they sell you all the benefits, charge you for the pack and penalise you for not sending the pack on time. The free offers are useless and not worth anything. The cashback system of top name brands is clunky, having to order a card for each store to get your refunds. The advisor in customer services is very patronising. When I asked why they charged me £5 for sending back the pack late, after I had confirmed with them I was sending it back, they said they had told me to get it back on a date which was never mentioned to me, nor the £5 charge. When I asked them to investigate the call they said they would charge me to listen to the call! they refuse to refund my £5 charge. Having paid for the postage and the fee, I am worse off then before.

Do Not accept it, I purchased a product from JML, at the end of my call, they offered me membership for JML VIP Club, they said it cost only £2.99 for recorded delivery and if I didn't like it I can call and "cancel", it sounded ok, and they promised it will be worth it. IT IS NOT, the discounts are 5% and 7% and 10% mostly, USELESS, I didn't know most of the shops offering it, the worst part is the cancelation!! when I called to cancel they said that I must return the whole pack as I receive it! and I should keep a receipt from the post office as proof of delivery!! it gets worst, the pack is odd size and I have to buy a special size envelop as they didn't include any thing in the pack for returning it, I have to buy packaging, print address label and pay for return postage, it cost me £8.35. Expensive mistake, cost time and money, Never accept JML Offers.
