Selling Mouldy Feed
Bought 3 bags of feed, 2 were full of mould, informed customer service via email and phone, sent pictures, they don't care and haven't even replied.
Avoid like the plague.

Not Refunding Coats In Store
I have brought clothes for many years from this shop. Sadly brought a coat for winter at the end of last summer, price in the region of £200.00 a Kensington W/P Coat. I have worn it, due to the mild weather, very little. I always have problems with the zip, the last having to climb out of it. I took it back to the Romsey branch and was told they could do nothing as it has to go back to the manufacture, for them to decide whether I can have a refund? I was not made aware of this when I brought the coat and as far as I am aware, I brought the coat instore so you should deal with the problem. This will be the last time I buy from this store and found it to be an awful experience. Basically implying that I can not do a zip up and not there problem. Sad really that it has become this bad.
Appalling Customer Service
Yesterday I went to the cullompton branch to purchase some sheep minerals,I stood in the yard office for ten minutes waiting to make my order whilst the lady behind the counter remained seated at her desk ignoring me completely as did the five yard lads stood outside the office chatting amongst themselves, as the only customer in the yard at the time I’m struggling to find a reason for this disrespect, not to be deterred I decided to drive up to the shop to make my purchase and return to the yard for collection, unfortunately only two tills were open, one was serving a gentleman with a large trolley full of goods (fair enough) so I joined the que for the other till behind a lady waiting to purchase a single item, after 4-5 minutes I realised this lady had still not been served as the cashier was still chatting with the previous customer, so I then went to the customer service desk to see if I could pay for my purchase there where I was told I had to wait for a till to become free, Consequently I left without making my purchase after making a ten mile round trip and being ignored for 20-30 minutes at a near empty store, I can only conclude that customer service is right at the bottom of the list and goes a long way to explaining the lack of customers in store

Ordered And Not Delivered
Placed an order online, took my money and failed to deliver the goods. This company failed to notify me that they were not fulfilling my order, they had email, home and mobile numbers.....so no excuse! I eventually phoned after 3 days (paid for express delivery) only to be told they were out of stock. Avoid at all costs!!!

I Have Bought A Few Things Online From Mole Valley
I have bought a few things online from Mole Valley Farmers. The prices are good and delivery has always been on time but that is not the best thing about shopping on this website.
For me, it is the site I always go to when I am not sure where to get an slightly random item. The site has categories that you would expect for a rural retailer like Farming, smallholder, equestrian and shooting along with DIY, pet and household products.
So when my Daughter had trouble with flies in her Guinea Pig hutch needing an industrial solution, I knew I would find somthing to sort it on the Mole Valley site.
