For the 3rd time I write requesting a solution for delivering a different product bought, bought two stelbooks but came a amaray, so once again I write asking for the exchange of product shipped wrong. But I have no answer.

Pre Order Gta5 Fail

Hello I pre ordered the new gta 5 from them months and months ago.i got emails from them in june saying sorry it hadn't been dispatched confusing I was.the emails had my reservation number on them.i have just tried to log on to my account with them and carnt get on so I tried to reset password and it won't let me.tryed the next day and final managed to do it.i have checked my account and they have wiped all my details and pre orderd game from them very gutted and disappointed as the game is out in a few days time.i have emailed them about this but it's like talking to a brick wall.they have no phone number eather to contact them on. Won't be using again

Downhill,avoid Like The Plague

Some years ago,when this firm started up,they were good to do business with. They cared for their customers and were eager to please. For some unknown reason,in the last couple of years,this firm has gone downhill. Perhaps they are under new management,or what?, I do not know. They do not care about their customers,they take forever to answer emails,and make trying to return an item,very difficult. Avoid this firm at all costs.

Awful Customer Service, Awful Company

Preordered Black Ops 2 Hardened Edition for 13th November. Made payment, but was concerned as no 'Click Safe' info came up. Could not find a contact number anywhere on the website, which I consider alarming. Eventually found one linked to a recent competition and called that. Called to make sure everything ok, as also this was sold out absolutely everywhere else. Was assured all ok and product in stock. Got an email 2 days later to say there was a prob with the processing. Called them, assured all was okay, no payment prob. Called again on the 13th Nov (day it should have arrived) to check it was on the way as the status hadnt changed on my account. Was told, sorry, they actually didnt have stock and could not send it. I was extremely upset and cancelled the order. I then had no chance of getting this for my son. It was part of his Christmas present that he would get this on the day of release, and it was the Hardened Edition that he wanted. This was extremely disappointing for him. I am now receiving emails from them saying they are going to send it and take payment. This is causing more stress, especially since I now cannot find the number, the website is rubbish and trying to send a message to them is proving extremely difficult. Cant reply to their emails. Found a message from them on my account saying they are sending it. Why the hell would I have looked at my account after cancelling the order?? Awful, awful company with awful customer service. Only gave them one star coz there wasn't an option for zero.

Ordered 3 boxsets, one arrived, no sign of the other two. Unable to get a response from 'customer service' that does not appear to be an automatically generated reply.

Absolutely awful customer service.

Would not use again and would definitely not recommend.

if you do use them , please use paypal ,

Made An order in April and still not got it June 27th. Never again. When I got to speak to someone about this they were helpful enough but told me that they did not know when I would get my order so I cancelled.

Thieves - They Should Call Themselves Stealit

Thay claim they didn't get my payement and cancelled my order. However the money were taken from my credit card. Customer service wouldn't answer my emails and I didn't get my money back. Bunch of thieves, should change name to STEAL IT!!
