I was amazed with all the products this company offers and what a brilliant website. I was having trouble choosing some fairy lights so i phoned up and they were very friendly & helpful. My lights arrived the next day to my delight & they are great. So much better than other larger websites!

Recently purchased 3 disco bath ducks for our young son. He's only had them one week and already 2 ducks no longer light up. Which is very disappointing considering they weren't the cheapest. I know of people who have bought cheaper similar ducks which seem to be just as good but lasts longer.

I placed an order for a dinosaur torch and projector and a Brachiosaurus battery operated dinosaur lamp costing in total £38.89 Had I seen ibis product n a shop I would not have bought it.....the lamp was made of very cheap plastic which had to be assembled. In my opinion not even worth £2 ! The dinosaur torch is worth about £1 ! All terribly embarrassing since I purchased these gifts to give as a present .....

I have used the Glow Company for several items and have posted positive reviews on their site twice which have been added to the site. I bought a lamp where the coil moved. It did not stop the lamp working, so they would not replace it, but it did affect the look of the lamp. Instead of sitting in the bottom of the lamp one side of the coil rose by two inches and adversely affected the whole clean look of the lamp. It was an annoying distraction from what otherwise would have been a really nice lamp. I submitted a two star review. This was not put on the site. when I phoned and asked about it I was told the review was "not helpful". So one four star and one five star review were added. But the review they did not like was kept off the site. The review only spoke about the lamp btw. So just be aware that its not possible to assess a product through this site as they do not display anyones experience which does not suit them.

I chose to purchase from this company over others due to the topcashback link making the price on a par with the same product elsewhere. Despite going through the normal procedure and buying the product. The product arrived on time and was good. The cashback claim however was ignored and later denied when followed up. Conclusion - don't rely on getting cashback from them through the cashback sites!

I ordered a fish lamp for my grandson, when it arrived it was broken. I expected hassle when I rang, instead a lovely lady apologised and sent out a new one straight away. Very Very good customer service..

After purchasing a product and paid on Sage Pay, it failed to redirect me back to the actual website. I then tried opening the website again and it just didn't work as if the whole website just vanished!

I place an order 'lights for wheels' in May ( Now it is July), I was wrong in the house number, but my neighbour did not receive the order. I was in touh with the glow company, the last answer was , once the post is delvered back, they sent me the order. They took my money and I know they will not send the order as I was waiting for 2 months and a half.

Avoid this company.

The website was great and easy to use, a colourful design. But I placed my order on Sunday, and it was only delivered today, having paid extra for next day delivery. Plus my email was never answered.

I don't usually leave reviews but this was first class. I called last minute as another company I ordered from just didn't deliver. I called at about 5pm & my order was with me at 10am next day. Amazing website & great service - more companies should be like this. Nice one www.glow.co.uk !!!
