Horrendous Customer Service
Horrendous service! Purchased a very expensive treadmill which arrived with a vital part missing. Getting them to discuss the missing item and sending it out was a nightmare in itself. They said it would arrive Monday, I received in Thursday!? No apology, very rude emails, no phone call to keep me updated, no customer focus. The fact that the treadmill arrived without a bolt to erect it is very worrying in of itself and the fact they felt they didn't need to apologise or ring me to discuss tells you what type of place this is. Avoid and go elsewhere, the worry is with expensive kit like this, you do need after service care, sometimes. This company doesn't offer any, a major consideration down the line! Go to another company that offers a good customer service, before, during and after your purchase!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! My spin bike arrived with a vital part missing. They don't respond to emails and phones are off. I have had a half built spin bike in my hall for over a month, completely unusable. They ignored my return request and only after posting a bad review, was told the part was posted.... that was 2 weeks ago.... still not got it and now they are not responding again. Ready TrustPilot Reviews on them as well as Google... Im not alone..... seems like they have a habit of selling broken goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Zero Customer Service, Poor Quality Products
Ordered a treadmill for delivery w/c 15th June - treadmill arrived on time, so I was pleased with that.....unfortunately everything went downhill from there !
The running deck on the treadmill split after only 4 days of use - this in spite of the fact that they claim that it is a "high strength shock absorbant running deck" with a maximum user weight of 120kg (I am 90kg)
Tried to contact customer services through the online form on the 24th June and just got the generic email response. Tried further emails on the 27th and 30th June, and finally got a response on the 3rd July with a very short message - "Apologies for the delay in response, sorry to hear that you are having problems with the treadmill. Would you be able to take a picture of the fault so we can investigate the issue."
Photo's were sent (again !), but 10 days later I am still waiting for any sort of update, and have now started proceedings through my credit card company to get a refund.
This company clearly has little concern for its customers, and the quality of products that it sells are clearly inferior.
My advice ? ......avoid them at all costs !!
25.07.20 - Just an update on my experience with this company. They arranged to collect the treadmill - this duly arrived back with them on the 20th July (confirmed by the carrier company). I have emailed 4 times asking when the refund will be issued - guess what....no reply to any of my messages.
22/08/20 - Further update - have sent numerous emails requesting a refund, but have never received a response. Finally got my money back through my credit card company.

Do Not Purchase From This Company
Ordered a treadmill, it was delivered after a short delay. However on opening, the treadmill was damaged, and when turned on it rattled (possibly the broken part inside the mechanism). Contacted them immediately with photographs. Received one reply stating rather than replacing they would send someone to repair it. Said that would be ok providing we could still return it if repair was not satisfactory. Then nothing - sent weekly requests for updates with no response. Have contacted my credit card company who have done a charge-back, so I have my money back. I emailed again to advise them and asked for them to come and collect the item, stating that their customer service is so appalling that we will purchase from elsewhere. A week later and I'm still awaiting for a response - enough said!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Have had to go through my credit card company and a solicitor.
They do business under ‘RCD retail’ they run uksportimports, sports and leisure uk, kidz cars direct all from the same address. They have had several different directors swapping all the time between different family members. They suggest they have a showroom currently closed when infact the address is for a storage unit. Their website links on login goes to a website selling pills called goldenpillsonline, their email address sends back a returned to sender Permanent error as not in use. Don't answer messages posted on their webform. Very occasionally will get a reply a week later. Was told a refund was being issued. Over 2 weeks later no refund. Looking at other reviews its the same story, take money, deliver nothing.

Absolute Joke
Received the exercise bike I ordered. I thought it was a joke once erected but obviously not. Firstly item was delayed. The bike itself Is only big enough for a child, made of cheap plastic although the description states for people under 5”11, I’m 5”4 yet my knees come way above the handles when they’re not slamming into them .
Now in your the ‘customer service’. Basically there isn’t any. Once I realised the item wasn’t what I expected I have TRIED to get some direction to return this item and get a refund. I have emailed them 6 times yet only get an auto email 2 DAYS later, I thought auto emails were sent directly after not 2 days later. The auto response informs me of orders and cancellations no information on how to actually get a refund.
To use COVID as the reason for lack of response?!?! Disgraceful! They managed to take payment and get the item out ON THE SAME DAY but not acknowledging my request to return and get a refund?!?! Not very professional I have not experienced such negligence with an online shop until now. For anyone reading this I recommend purchasing from elsewhere Unless you like cheap useless equipment and an even worse customer service........ if there Actually is one as not had any Real communication with anyone there. I will be seeking advice to obtain my refund and obviously letting the unsuspecting viewers/buyers aware that there are much better websites with humans who are happy and willing to assist you no matter what the concern is. UK SPORT IMPORTS are not a proper business obviously so do not buy from them. Simple!

My Husband And I Ordered Two Separate Orders For
My husband and I ordered two separate orders for weights. Yes, they were pre-orders, however in the eyes of the law a pre-order does not exist. We received an email to say that the weights had been dispatched. Now back to law, when you submit an order you are offering to enter into a legally binding contract. If they then tell you the item is dispatched, then they have formed a legally binding contract.
My husband emailed them, and they just keep on sending an automatic reply. We then called and no response. I read from the terms and conditions. This is where I found their company name. It appears as though, however please note I cannot confirm this, they are taking “pre-orders” for stock they do not. In addition, they also appear to be listing this across all the above websites.
When they are contacted the phone-line does not connect to a person and advices you to email them Okay, we under during the pandemic that this could be viable. We sent emails to both email addresses and received the same automated reply.
Given the pandemic and many people are looking the types of products they sell. This is a disgrace. Please stay clear of this company. It is poorly organised and unresponsive.
I would like to advise people to contact their bank, credit card provider or whichever company you used to pay. They can claim your money back, because they have breached the contract and have denied your statutory rights.
In addition, please contact trading standards.

Shocking Service
Shocking, pre-ordered a spin bike form them for £399.00 which was due in on 11th May. I received an email saying it had been shipped on the 15th May, then an hour later received another email stating that the first email was a mistake and my item hadn't been shipped. My account states that the order is complete, but it clearly isn't as I have not received the bike. There is no tracking number and the bike is now out of stock. The phone lines are closed so you can't speak to customer services, and despite the web site claiming full support via email, every time I email them I get an automated response. So I am in no mans land and can't resolve this issue. They have my money, but I don't have a bike and i have no idea if the bike will ever be sent. I just want a refund, but I can't contact anyone to obtain this. Dreadful experience and I wish I hadn't ordered the bike. Avoid this company at all costs.

Please Please Avoid!
I purchased a 7.5ft pool table from this company, and it is a complete pile of rubbish. The surface is bowed in the middle, so all the balls eventually end up against the cushion on every side. Totally unplayable. Also the triangle was smashed. We're in shielding , because of coronavirus and my wife's on going chemotherapy. So this pool tabe, which was £400 by the way, was supposed to be a welcome diversion for my family. Disappointed is an understatement!
I've sent numerous e-mails, sent messages on their website, Facebook and messenger. All ignored,. Or bounce back
Do youreslf a favour. And buy elsewhere. These terrible reviews are here for a reason.

Good Price, Quick Delivery
Recently purchased an above ground swimming pool for the garden, I was unsure about ordering online in case there were any problems like leaks etc but as UK Sport Imports had a good price and offered a free next day delivery I decided to go ahead. Glad I did its great Kids love it. Hopefully we get some sun this half term so we can use it. I would recommend to a friend.

Can anybody help? I purchased a trampoline and one spring snapped hitting my daughter on the leg and on checking 4/5 other springs going. I can't get to speak to anybody other then customer service and that means I'm not getting any help at all. I've asked several times for the managers name/directors name. Do any of you have any more information that might help me?
