They made a false trade declaration when supplying me with a CD. Then they offered a 50% refund which I refused and then they processed the refund through amazon saying I had accepted!

Avoid avoid avoid. Sent a variety of games for which I was offered pennies. However once received one of the games (funnily enough the highest valued at £3.56) was found to have sever surface scratches. Odd considering it was the one game that I never played!! Oh and if you want your stuff back, yes it's £1 per item, so they've got you all ways. Give your stuff to charity instead of these robbing rats!!!!

Be very careful with these people they claim items are damaged when they get them and that cheques are lost in the post

Very random not to be relied on, sell elsewhere

Communication is very poor intermittent and is at times disingenuous. They used to be streets ahead of Music Magpie but now they are on a par, to be that bad is quite an achievement. A lengthy troublesome experience on every occasion that I have used them recently and a company to be avoided.
