Ordered a midi controller from these guys and received my goods very promptly, all good except there was a massive FAULTY sticker on the box! After speaking to customer services, literally 30 minutes later the boss had phoned me, apologised for what had happened and asked me how he could rectify the situation. I needed the controller for my husbands birthday which was the next day, he informed me there was nothing they could do as it was a Saturday but he would arrange for delivery as early as he could and even offered to speak to my hubbie to explain the problem! He then phoned me, as promised, Monday morning to let me know the part had been shipped and my husband answered the phone..he apologised again and ensured him the problem was theirs and the new controller would be delivered asap. And it was, next day and the old one collected. Never in my life have I had such great service, they really cared that they might have let him down on his birthday and we were both amazed how efficient they were. This is the only shop I will now order our equipment from, seriously can't recommend them more highly.
