Hell Is Waiting For The Owner Of This Company.

Cockroach infestation, walls collapsing from water damage, damp, black mould, cockroaches, glass covering the car park, water turned off for 3 days leaving residents with no running water, with holding thousands of letters from residents, attempting to trick people out of money claiming they need to be payed council tax, targeting those whose English isn’t good to trick them of money they don’t even have to pay, trying to charge people to see there post, unable to properly fix a lift, illegal evictions ( hence why the place got smashed in ), attempts to evict people who speak out via manipulating the landlords of tenants who speak out, negligence from the council. MAINTAIN THE BUILDING AND STOP TRYING TO TRICK THE RESIDENTS

Having read through your comments, I am concerned that you may have us confused with another company or entity?

We deal with Management of blocks and Estates only where there are communal services that are paid for by leaseholders (owners of the apartments/properties - not tenants) via the service charge. We take our instructions from Freeholders of buildings, and Resident Management Groups, and do not get involved beyond flat front doors.

We have no control over landlords evicting tenants, nor do we request for council tax to be paid to us - this would come to you from the council directly. We also have no involvement with post within any of the blocks we manage, this would be done via Royal Mail and private delivery companies.

However, should you feel that you still wish to officially raise a complaint please may I ask you to email me and provide me details regarding your dissatisfaction, along with your development name, address and contact details so that we may look into this for you?

The only reason for 1 star was to allow me to write my experience with this shocking company. The company that prides themselves on customer service and working with residents. You need to avoid!!!!!!!

They seem to think that a 215% increase from £84 per apartment per month to £265.50 per apartment per month is reasonable. To propose a new roof would cost £420,000 is ridiculous. How do they get to this figure without showing residents quotes from reputable local roofing companies? To be told that these residents will be chased for arrears. Wages, pensions and benefits have not increased this much. It is completely unethical. They need the £420,000 in the bank before works are started. By which time the roof could have completely collapsed due to non management of the development and mismanagement of residents surcharges paid over the years. They prey on the elderly, vulnerable and low income.

They Requested Due To A Leak From The Waste Pipe I

They requested due to a leak from the waste pipe in the void adjoining my flat that my wife and I do not use our shower. Their plumber stripped it and Wales off site. This left us for 10 weeks without a shower and quite frankly they could not care less

Poor Service And Disgusting Treatment

In the two years I have resided here since moving in with my partner. We have reported various issues, including the fencing which was blown away in a storm, we now have half the estate using our shared garden as a walk way and also a wooden staircase leading to our flat which is rotten. Neither of which have been noted or any action taken. Once every 6 weeks someone may or may not arrive to mow the lawns, no other work is undertaken either in the gardens or the car park. We have called Realty on numerous occasions to be told someone will call back yet they never do. And then solicitors letters arrive. It would seen the only way to gain contact is to refuse to pay for a couple of months. Only then they are quick to act with solicitors letters. I am currently attempting to sit with all owners and see if we might find an alternative company to manage our properties. As with the £900 + we each pay yearly I'm thinking of changing career to a part time gardener... Its a disgraceful amount of money for poor almost non existent service!

Unfortunately I have lost my details to login, I too live in and own one of these properties. We only now have received a letter saying that they have quotations for works to be done a mere 14 months after the review above! The staircases however are listed as timber repairs

Very Little Service

Nobody has picked up the phone in over 18 months, all you get are rather impolite emails every now and then. Extremely difficult to manage a home with so little care for the Leaseholder's issues. Sorry to say but not recommended at all.

Take, Take And More Take...... Money Motivated.

I own an apartment in Cheadle Hulme where Realty are the management company, this company is motivated by money and not the maintenance of your property. This company took over the management of our apartment block last year and immediately put the monthly service charge up jumping from £71 per month to £93.00 & what do we get for that, unanswered phone calls, unanswered emails and when you finally do get someone to talk to it literally is as if you have just dragged them off the toilet, they usually are abrupt and surly. Attempting to get anything repaired by them is a nightmare, chase, chase and chase..... If you have a say in who your management company is going to be then simply scroll past Realty unless you want to pay out a lot more money for a lot less attention. I do NOT RECOMMEND.

Flat Management Company

I own a flat in Ashfell Court, which is managed by Realty. We have always found Realty easy to get in contact with, and well informed. When we had a problem with one of our tenants, Realty communicated well with us, and helped us sort out the issues by liaising with the Management Committee at the flats.

Top Notch Service

I have been a leaseholder of an apartment managed by Realty Management for five years now and cannot recommend them too highly. The apartment complex is very well maintained and communication regarding any maintenance or issues is excellent. An AGM meeting gives leaseholders/residents the opportunity to bring up any problems or ask any questions regarding the management of the company. The staff at head office are helpful and efficient and can recommend tradesmen for any jobs that are the responsibility of the leaseholder. I would not hesitate to recommend Realty Management as property managers to any prospective leaseholders of properties that they manage.

Realty Management provide an excellent service and really know how to handle property management. They always work in a professional manner and are very respectful, organised and efficient in their approach. Realty have a wide range of contacts and knowledge to resolve all kinds of property issues. Commumnication is key and Realty keep you informed of any developments related to the property in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Realty Management with complete confidence to anyone.

The Service Is Terrible Whilst The Charges Are Hor

The service is terrible whilst the charges are horrific. Maintenance issues are ignored, and the only thing that matters to them are their phenomenal management fees.

Not recommended Steer Clear.
