The property managers are very familiar with our block of flats as it isn't the easiest one to maintain due to the sheer size of it and all the communal areas. However saying that since we have been with Cornerstone the block has always looked it's best, clean and the gardens are always tidy, the grass is never overgrown and always nice and green. Once a light was out in the hallway and I have reported this issue from the office who promised me that within 24 hours this issue will be rectified. To my surprise they had somebody out within 3 hours from the time of call and the problem was very quickly fixed.
