We began using Vestra approximately 5 years ago as an alternative to our freeholder imposed managing agent. We had just started our RTM and needed a lot of advice and guidance, which Vestra were able to deliver on.

Representative and team are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

Vestra provides an online platform, which has been exceptionally useful in managing our building.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they have gone above and beyond for us.

We switched our 5-flat house to Vestra after having several bad experiences with managing agents (inflated fees, useless managers, no action being taken). Vestra is none of those things - they manage the property well and efficiently, with good and clear communication and advice and reasonable fees...the way managing agents should be!

Fortunately, we found Vestra who successfully obtained right to manage for us and then then took over management of our building. Vesta has been managing our building for several years and we couldn't imagine not having them managing our building.

Our service charges halved after Vestra took over and our money was spent on genuine suppliers that massively improved the state of our building. Vestra is small enough that they offer a personal service but they also have a wealth of expertise in managing buildings of all sizes. Everything is visible on Vestra's management platform meaning a transparent service. The team are contactable whenever you need them and they're always quick to respond.

I couldn't imagine having another agent managing our building.

The main contact, has genuinley been the most proactive and helpful of any management company i have dealt with, and there has been hundreds. Most of them people have to complain to get replies, he has even responded to clients way out of work hours.

Since taking over the management of our flats at Altius One, Vestra have been excellent. They're always quick with their responses and solutions, and he has been a friendly and reassuring point of contact throughout.

As a communal block of 48 flats, we were stuck with a management company who failed on every account. Thankfully we were awarded RTM and instructed Vestra to take over. They instantly improved the management of the building and passed on substantial savings to all leaseholders.

I would highly recommend them; a very personal service - the MD - was always on hand and call for any emergencies and they were dealt with swiftly and securely.
