After a long period of stress, my anxiety levels reached a point whereby it dominated my life. Everything from panic attacks, poor sleep, no appetite and generalised anxiety in all areas of life. Having tried a whole list of modalities from acupuncture, shiatsu, myofascial release, EFT, TFT, hypnosis, etc, nothing was really changing. I then realised that it was absolutely critical to have trust and rapport with the facilitator (therapist). You must be comfortable and be able to let go in their company, failure to do this and the resistance will prevent a positive outcome.

Chris is the only facilitator I've invested in that has provided a non-judgemental and safe environment where I was able to relax to the degree that my subconscious was willing to give up old destructive beliefs and resolve very old stubborn issues. He makes therapy relaxed, fun and educational which ultimately gets results. You also get a good 2 hours per session at a very competitive rate which gives you the time to open up, let go and fix your problems.
