Games Monster is recommended by most for it's good selection of X box and X box 360 games which is definitely true. Sadly it's Nintendo DS selection is very small but it does have recent titles and popular games.

I received a disc that would not work so I contacted them via email and I got a response within about ten minutes which I was pleasantly surprised at. All I had to do was return the disc and they sent me a replacement the following day.

Whenever they received a game from me they sent me a new one on my list instantly. I've never had it take any longer.

There is also the fact that a lot of games on my last are in the long wait status. These are mainly new release titles but it suggests they don't have a lot of stock and if you are just wanting new releases it may not be the service for you as you are likely to be waiting a while for the game you want. This is probably the same for most online rental services except the fact that there are some older games on my list still in the long wait status. They probably do have a lot less stock than the likes of swapgame but this is probably due to them being relatively new and should hopefully improve.

I would recommend this only for people interested in X box and X box 360 games as the DS and PSP selection is very limited.
