Used them for about a year, slow turnaround of games. Game sent back over a month ago is still showing as not returned. Tried to call both numbers I have; 01676 549 010 and 08444 720 887 but cannot get through to anyone. The help desk system has now been taken off line as well. Money still being taken though.

Enjoyed my first 6 months with the company but recently it has all went downhill.

I dont get ANY games sent on time now and as of today ive been waiting two weeks without a game AND ive over 50 titles for them to pick from so theres no excuse.

Emailed them numerous times and have received no response, phoned them today and a recorded message said they were unavailable so i left a message and STILL no response.

Ive therefore cancelled my subscription and will be looking elsewhere and hope someone else can recommend a good games rental service!!

i traded in a game over six weeks AGO, i requested a cheque payment for my GAME, was promised i would recieve it within ten DAYS, well over four weeks later i am still WAITING, they have not responded to my emails and i am now contacting trading standards as the site is a con !!!

Sent my game was offered £11. Requested a cheque refund, haven't received it. The don't reply to any emails. A total con artist! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Used Swapgame for games rental - have now cancelled my account as they seem to have trouble sending me any games from my desired rental list. This has happened time & time again - useless.

Now I've cancelled my account & getting great service from a competitor!!

Don't bother with this bunch of numpties

Was with swapgame for about 3 years, went down the pan in the last year.

Not sure what happened but they used to be very pro-active on e-mail, games used to come very quick but they seemed to just give up.

If your reading this please please take note of the overwhelming amount of bad reviews and learn from our mistakes DO NOT USE swapgame.com you will regret it no doubt about it

I signed up to the online service then cancelled 5 minuets later and they still charged me with no refund

I had already sent in three games to trade one was apparently the wrong kind? I call BS on that, plus its been over two weeks now and I've still yet to receive my cheque, this website is a con, do not fall for it like I did

Even giving them 1 star is more than they deserve

Save yourself while you still can, don't use them

Traded 3 games in with this site and am still waiting for the money and the return of one game that was rejected.

Cannot contact them by phone as rings off or get a message to call back another time and they do not respond to messages left on the site.

Avoid at all costs, total rip off and I will be taking them to the small claims court to get my money back.

Ripped me off too! They owe me £40. AVOID this company. STEALING I think people call it. They have 5 games of mine which they have conned me out of. Have contacted them many times since I sent them my trades. No response. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
