If You Like Cardio Workouts That Leave You Breathl
If you like cardio workouts that leave you breathless and certainly give you fast results, the Carmen Electra - Aerobic Striptease exercise DVD isn't for you. But if you're looking for something to tone you up without all the pain, this is a great buy. For the few days after doing only 1 routine, I could feel where it had worked, and after a few weeks of doing this every other day, I've found my hips thighs and buttocks are more toned, and my co-ordination has improved.
Great fun.
