Manga Yoga

Manga Yoga Cherry Blossom (by Lichtung with Zo Miku) is a beautiful, dream-like designed series of yoga exercises for children. My 8 year-old daughter simply loved it, and on top of it, she still hasn't stopped doing it! The first time we practiced together, and I can say that the exercises are useful also for me, although it's for children. Now my kid can do it alone and does three times a week, after school. Kid Yogi, yoga for children was the first dvd with Zo that we had, and since than we trust her experience and openness. I think these dvds are made with love and professional attitude that makes me and my daughter love them. The voice-over is nice and friendly, the music is heavenly simple and calming. The design is futuristic and beautiful in the same time, and of course the kids are cute, smart and funny. I recommend it to every parents who want to give their children an exceptional, useful and entertaining present.
