Not Worth Buying
Jordan states “this is the exact programme I followed…” I don’t think so Katie Price – it looks as though you’ve never done any exercise in your life, besides I don’t think you can regularly do that much jumping with those chesticles!
This is an interesting fitness DVD – no aerobic-style routine to follow, just a collection of quality(ish) exercises which are aimed at a near beginner. Richard Callender, the gorgeously fit instructor, takes you and Katie through the moves – he has a great personality and keeps it engaging. It is a shame he doesn’t correct Jordan’s posture or gets her to do the moves properly – make sure you don’t pay attention to what she is doing and concentrate on Richard. Instructions are okay but everything is so simple you could mute the TV and listen to some music if you wanted to.
It is not a dancey workout which means it is actually suitable for men, but there are not that many imaginative moves so it is a little repetitive. There is a lot of bouncing (I wonder why?) so you’ll feel it in your calf muscles for sure, it gets your heart rate up for a bit and includes plenty of squats and lunges to tone those legs and lots of punching for the arms. With a few planks that’s about it, not quite a whole body workout but it is short and with the ability to choose your sections you should be able to fit some exercise into your day.
There is a diet section where Katie brings in an expert and talks about the benefits of juicing and gives a few tips on basic nutrition and losing weight. Make sure you snack when on this diet otherwise it will be a bit extreme.

Simple And Effective Workout Which I Enjoyed Altho
Simple and effective workout which I enjoyed although I would prefer if Jordan wasn't there! The trainer, Richard, is brilliant explaining positioning etc well and it keeps a good level of intensity throughout without being too much. I liked the timer in the corner of the screen to let you know how much of the workout section you had completed. But I have to say Jordan is incredibly rubbish at many of the exercises seeming more concerned with her hair and outfits!! Although saying that it makes you feel incredibly accomplished at the routine compared to her!

After using it 2,3 times I had enough. Jordan is very demotivating not exercising properly. If you looking for something to burn calories and you are already not in a bad shape I would do not recommend it.

i have just started this dvd jordan workout about a week ago and i am already starting to lose weight and tone up. i find the hard core abs section fantastic as i have ad 2 children and needed to get back it to shape quick for summer this is the dvd to do that.

I've just got this dvd done it last night and I'm aching! I found that Jordan put me off as she doesn't even do the exercises properly. The workout in itself was good if you follow the trainer but Jordan really annoyed me. I will however carry on with it as it gave a good workout!

I would recommend Jordan - The Jordan Workout dvd to anyone who wants to tone up, loose weight and generally get in good shape. Theres no difficult steps which often puts me off in other dvd and in just 20 minutes i was working up a sweat. It makes you feel really positive and its so easy to stick to! I do mine 4-5 times a week and i love it! Richard really pushes you and makes you work hard making the results visible in no time. 10/10!

I Do The Jordan Workout Around 3 Times A Week And
I do The Jordan Workout around 3 times a week and I have noticed a huge difference in my body. Im more toned, Ive lost about a stone and I have a lot more energy now than I used to. (My bum is a lot smaller too!) Katie is always smiling and keeping it cheerful and interesting and Richard Callander is great motivation!
I think that this workout is like having a personal trainer (Richard) and then some motivation and inspiration there too (Katie) but Im not complaining! This workout has worked for so many people and if they can do it, why cant anyone else!I would reccomend this to everyone as it is great for beginners, just follow Katie, or you can go on to advanced, where you can follow Richard. 10/10 5*** =)

I went from a size 12 to a size 6 with doing this workout and I'm really happy with my figure now. I do it every morning and it sets me up for the day. Plus some sit-ups of my own and some stretches.
