Extremely happy with this company. Mazuma mobile withdrew their offer of £35 and offered me £10 for my iphone 6S, they advised there was a 'green border in a defective LCD screen. This was certainly not the case. I then applied to Fonebank who quoted me £35 and paid me £35 the same week. They even paid my husband £36 for an old Samsung galaxy phone. Highlight recommended.

Sent them a phone in A1 condition, no scratches, marks screen working fine, picture and colour perfect. Reduced offer by £50 saying there's internal screen burn!

So having phone sent back, hope it arrives as I sent it.

Sent my phone off on a Wednesday and received my cheque by Monday the only company that was willing to give a decent amount ($306) for a phone only a year old and originally priced at $900 in very good condition, every other company was offering $180 also had an enquiry as well and received a reply within the day. Efficient, clear and easy. Paid so promptly I was amazed. The instructions were written in clear English even I could understand so not just for the experienced techie. The price quoted was not the very highest I found on line but was next best and seemed to not quibble about condition and had much better reviews. The postage labels were easy to print and clear about what had to be done, what to include, type of packaging to use and reminders about the postage records to get. Overall experience was very positive. They told me everything I needed to know up front and the money was in my account, sent BACS within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this company for an older mobile phone. Cannot speak for more trendy equipment as this was no i-phone etc!

I can't believe these reviews. I have used this company tens of times over the last five or six years and they have been spot on. Prompt service and decent customer care.

Sent in a Nokia phone using their return postage but unfortunately it went missing in the post. Fonebank initially replied to my query promising it will make a claim but it has been 3 weeks now without any update or reply to my weekly follow-up emails. Not impressed.
