I spent a lot of time on comparison websites to find the best price for my Samsung phone. Rapid Phonebuyer said they would pay one of the highest amounts but have now said they will pay about half that amount. They've said my phone has display issues that were not at all there when i used it and that there are scratches but I know that is not true - it has been in a case with a screen protector in place all the time. I've declined the offer and am waiting for my phone to be returned, which hopefully they will do. I feel duped and my time has been totally wasted. Avoid.

Claimed my phone reached them in a condition which even damage in the post could not have caused and lowered the price on what was a brand new fully functioning handset. Responded to a review asking for contact them which I did and no response. I haven't even received the amount they required for the handset so they haven't even paid what they eventually said they would.
