I sent my HTC desire in to them when I was quoted £60. In New condition it was 75 and my phone was working with ware and tare, usual usage no deep scratches or dents and fully functional so the offer was 60. I was happy. Then they sent a revised offer of 40 due to scratches on the lense?!! This was incorrect because the phone had anti scratch stickers protecting the lense area. I payed 6.50 to insure its postage so in reality I'm only getting less than 35 quid now. What a bunch of phone thieving scumbags. I won't do this again. Be advised, sell your phone privately or give it away; at least you won't feel like you've been scammed.

I sent my mobile after checking all the small print and no where on the site did it state your phone had to be unlocked so i sent my phone. Then i recieved an email then offering me less due to it being locked given the cost to post the phone i had no choice but to accept the lesser payment. DO NOT USE this site if your phone is locked what a con i will never use again due to them being dishonest

This company are really clever - they offer high headline prices and then once they have your phone, they discount it due to reasons which they choose themselves. For example my girlfriend sent her phone to them and they took money off because it was "network-locked". That's so laughable - almost all phones in the UK are "network-locked". When I sent my phone to them at the same time (bad move!) they took almost half the price off due to my phone having two dead pixels! These are not honourable people and I recommend you look elsewhere when you want to sell your mobile.
