Business Telecom

I have been dealing with Gurleen of Business Telecom. She was very helpful, informative, and precise with her advise. Called to follow up, and made constructive suggestions to whatever she thought may work for me and my business.

We have never used this company but they call us every day demanding to speak to the MD. They make up stories to try and get put through. When we request to be taken off their database, they hang up on us. Every person we have spoken to at this company is rude and arrogant.

Changing to pop telecom was the biggest mistake of my life.

The internet is so slow that it cant even open web pages that's if there's any connection at all. contacted tech support (who you cant get hold of at weekends) they say we cant see any problem, the area you live in has slow connection (funny previous supplier never had this problem) or you have more than 1 item connected to the wifi.

then finally the internet isn't loosing signal its your wifi that cutting out, I have 2 issues with this response

1: You supplied the router so it needs replacing

2: Why doesn't it work with a network cable plugged in

this was the last communication between myself and tech support as this is there response "I am sorry I was unable to help further!

Business Telecom are constantly phoning our Company and saying they have had recent conversations with our Senior Executives when in fact this was totally untrue. They would not disclose any information to our Receptionist or myself  when asked what the call was in reference to or where they were calling from. I logged the phone numbers and called them back to find out the "Business name" they used when they answered the call. I can now filter the phone calls that are still regularly coming from this number. They even had another slimy attempt by having a different "sales person" (and I use this term loosely) call from another number (last 2 digits were different) to try and weasel his way through our Reception. An absolute disgrace. I have spoken to one man and another. People be aware, this is nothing but a low attempt at luring innocent and vulnerable people into their web of deceit.

Focus group in southwick provided a shocking service and overpriced lady I dealt with was abusive on the phone and I'm really appalled with the service received do not use this company EVER

when you signup a for a service with CHESS TELECOM obviously they do a credit check on you.

I had some financial problems, now I am clean but its not the case.

so they never told me I have a bad credit score, they never refuse me a service and I become their happy customer.

in next 3 days I received plenty of mail from debt collectors to my new home address, later also phone calls including my mobile.

HOW DID IT HAPPEN ?

If they are not happy with me as a customer they should refuse me a service.

but NO chess telecom give My private data god knows where, who give them right to do that !!

YOU JUST DON'T DO THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

I was so angry, of course it was impossible to cancel the contract !!!

I spend over two weeks to do so ...

ZERO CONFIDENTIALITY

AND £30 FEE FOR LATE PAYMET ???

I am so pleased! :) I was very impressed with overall service. They installed systems very quickly and without a problem. Everyone was very polite and the customer service was just great. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I had the opportunity to do so. Thank you, Business Telecom for being so kind in a world of people who are usually too busy to do so! I am so happy I chose you guys. I have nothing negative to say. They were very reliable. My phones work great and the prices were very good. Keep up the good work!

I am very happy with the service, installation took no time, the phones work great and it has really helped my business. everything turned out better than expected. I am very pleased with them, and the prices are very reasonable.

I'm pretty incensed, hence why I'm writing this (more as a warning to other people who might be thinking that Skype is the "cheap" option).

We've been using it for a year now, and have just switched to another supplier (a traditional UK supplier). The cost has been outrageous (£800+ a month if you are making a lot of calls to mobiles) and we have had consistent problems with calls dropping, people not being able to hear us, recording quality, etc...

Anyway - I think skype is fine for calling your friends, but avoid as your overall business system.

Looking high quality communication service. Please come to this business telecoms website where you will get some telecoms company. We know that Chess Telecom is a good company. They are providing TV, Telephone, Internet etc service. You will get really excellent communication service from Chess Telecom. Thanks
