Just given all telecom business to HMT. Am amazed at the quality of customer service given by this company. It has been a complicated process but nothing has been too much trouble. Constant communication from a dedicated guy who has explained everything fully. Easy to get a hold of and definitely going to be saving us money.

I have no hesitation in recommending HMT Telecom. They've been brilliant from start to finish. Quick, easy initial set up, knowing things run smoothly in the background helps. We've had to contact customer service once in our time together, we got straight through to our personal account manager who dealt with the problem efficiently and swiftly! Saved us money and time! It really feels like a personal service and you are not just a number.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the guys at HMT, they were so polite and friendly, it's what made my decision to leave BT so easy! YOU ARE A BREATH OF FRESH ARE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
