I am with this company for many years and made thousands of overseas calls without a problem. Lately though, for about 6 months, while talking I get disconnected. I call and complain many times and I was assured that the problem will be fixed. Unfortunately I still get disconnected on almost ALL my calls. I am now looking for another company and terminate my association with "Juast dial.ca"

the executives of chennai just dial promised a platinum package with key words applicable to my business of money changer. the took rs.73,200/- in cash for one year period. i was surprised to receive calls for western union money transfer. iam not concerned with this bussiness. inspite of many intimation to change the key words they did not take any steps . it is realibly understood that they have already sold out platinum package of that key word and suppressing this fact cheated me by giving a key word not relevant to my business after having received the money .

1) they received the amount by cheque and later said they want in cash which we paid. we found out that since they have wrongly entered out name they returned the cheque as bounced even without presenting the cheque. they refused to change the name .

2) they refused to return the money nor change the key words.

I tried to post a poor review about a service provider and even confirmed the verification code sent on mobile. So I won't recommend it other as the reviews are not transparent.

just for the name sake they publish review just don't go by review all fake reviews.They won't publish the actual opinions / reviews.so think before you refer the reviews.

Our company got registered with just dial with the name delhi realtors, even after hearing tons of negative

reviews about just dial , we thought to give it a try for two months, their call flow rate for first week was 5 calls in a day n

after next week it went to one lead call in a day. Its being 15 days now now calls(lead).

spoke to their customer services, they are not ready to cordinate...n guess wt all of

sudden they created ECS On my account and took their complete two months service in

advance without my notification.

Too all the business please dont ever think to go for an ECS. They deduct money without

ur notification. Rs. 14,500 has been deducted from my account without my concern.

please advice how to file a case with them.

N too all the readers, even i was the one earlier before taking their service, i thought to give it

a try for two months n these people has charged me 4 months service. without my consent with

absolutely pathetic services...

even i believe that marketing needs money...bt these suckers dint give me a single business..all they gave

is frustration through out their service...'

JustDial is a completely crap company. They would have high turnover but 99% of the people who spend money with JustDial are unhappy.

I would advise business owners not to pay for premium advertising on JustDial as you would just receive leads for first few days and then it would start decreasing and ultimately stop.

For candid feedback on JustDial service you can call up any of the premium advertisers on JustDial and check with them.

This was one of the things I had not done and I feel that if I had done this I would have never advertised on JustDial and wasted my money.

STAY AWAY FROM JUSTDIAL - SAVE YOUR MONEY

WARNING to business owners: Do not do business with this company! They sent over a "proposal" and before we could agree to anything they were charging our credit card. They didn’t receive any authorization from us... no signature, no confirm reply to their email proposal, nothing! To make matters worse, when I suggested different categories, they said it would cost over $1000, not the $400 initially proposed for categories they rushed through over the phone with a hard to understand accent. Now they will not even entertain the possibility of a refund after multiple requests.

the poorest service i ever so.

if u dont wanna loose your money stay far away from this looser company adn its looser directors and d biggest looser chairman.

all they do is get your payment , ehether you are a customer and resellers and and soon as they get your money all their decency and care vanishes like anything. den they turn their back 2 you and start looking for a new prey..

I Mr.Rashid shaikh will never Recommend Just dial to any of the person in my life because i was registered in just dial in the year 2009 jan but still yet i have not received a single conversion lead from their side for my business im into various types of business i had paid Rs.1,21,000 + taxes & in the year 2010 i got registered with Dial infoline 6533 3333 i paid only 10,000+taxes & with in 8 Months they had given me business above 2 Lakh Rs. now again im signing the contract of 1 Lakh Rs.I Request to all my Business Friends Go With Dial infoline & WILL GIVE U GOOD RATE FOR UR BUSINESS BETTER THEN THIS JUST DIAL PATHETIC COMPANY.

Just does not provides clear information..waste of Time
