independant company set up to deal with mobile complaints

after using there services i feel that they are a complete waste of time

I asked them to investigate a complaint i had against sb7 mobile, they basicaly took sb7's account and told me they had done nothing wrong

If you search sb7 complaints the same issue appears time after time going back years

ummm I wonder who pays pay phone plus ?????

Asked PhonepayPlus to check on texts from a company called SB7 mobile, who charged me for competition entries I had never made. Seemed like it was far to much trouble for them. Their answer was and I quote, (yes we checked them a while ago and there was no problem with them), Well there is now, so if you are being ripped off by SB7 mobile go to your phone provider because PhonepayPlus are a complete waste of time.
