I Moved Into A Flat And Needed A Cleaner. One Vacu

I moved into a flat and needed a cleaner. One vacum cleaner for a small studio flat, so the cheapest possible and smallest should do the job. I was a little confused because I have not bought a Vacuum cleaner for twenty years if ever. A simple cleaner to buy was this Daewoo RC320F Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner.

It was a banana yellow with plastic body with grey pipes and brush. It's got a roller at the front which twists around 360 degrees with big 5 "double round wheels at the back side.

The hose stick is gray with a flexible hose attached to it about five feet long. It's also got a five foot hard plastic stick with a brush on the end. It's very useful brush also has a corner nook suck up attachment it is also streatchable. It can be stretch up to 2O ft.

Again, the wheel on the front is twistable through 360 degrees is so flexible it can move any direction. The wheel is made of soft rubber and covers a lower low density hard rubber inner wheel which looks like it is durable. As for the weight comes in as Net 5 Kg, and so light. You can also shift it into parts. It could fit into a box about 18" square.

Dixons and Currys sell them for £20.

It has a very noisy motor. Bags are an astronomical £1 each or £5 for a packet of five from the Dixon's/ Currys group of companies I went in there the other afternoon and they had none!

Another point is the ease of putting the bags inside they slide onto a hook easily. The wire rolls back inside when not needed.

As it's highly economic to buy but the fact is that 8 bags have lasted me this year I need some new bags now , so it's much to much a consumer of bags. As I could not get any locally I used it with out bags. I had a bed sit in a bigger house double ot tripleyour bag needs.

It's made from strong plastic with bits of rubber and flexible plastic mixture so it is highly durable and I have not tested this. It cleaned for my limited needs. Made in Korea so very good quality.

It needed bags which could not be bought locally so after 18 months it was traded in for a bagless cleaner bound to be cheaper in the long term

So I am not recommending this product as a bagless cleaner is more to my needs as getting the bags is a pointless hassle of great profit to there makers.

I realise it's almost 10 years since this review was written, but anyone acquiring one of these vacuum cleaners now will find bags on eBay costing £4.90 for ten postage paid.

Daewoo Rc320fp - The Real Purpose Of This Review I

Daewoo RC320FP - The real purpose of this review is to bring attention to this cheap and efficient 'cylinder' vacuum cleaner which has worked faultlessly for well over a year and is used about four to five times a week.

I bought it to replace another make which cost getting on for three times the price of the Daewoo and whose motor burned out less than two months after the year's guarantee expired. I wasn't going to get caught again and I thought that even if the Daewoo did the same then I hadn't lost much. Indeed, at the prices of 'extended guarantees', it would seem more economical to buy the Daewoo even if it DID last less than eighteen months.

The cleaner is rated at 1300W - the 'W' being Watts. The other rating is 350 Watts Suction Power of which significance I'm unclear. All I know is that the suction power seems fully the equal of the defunct model which was rated at 1400W.

I cannot rate Service and Support as none was needed and I conclude by saying that this Daewoo 1300W is one of the REAL bargains in vacuum cleaners. It just HAS to have all the tens!
