Samsung Calypso VC15RHNDC6B Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner

After the EU bought in their lower wattage power ruling on vacuum cleaners earlier this year, I was dreading buying a new one. I bought the above cleaner to replace an old much loved and very heavily used Samsung 2000 watt cleaner which after many many years died. I decided to buy another Samsung as i had been so pleased with the last one but i really didnt expect a 1500 watt one to have as powerful suction at all but how wrong was I? The Samsung Calypso VC15RHNDC6B is amazing. It has 3 suction levels to choose from and to be honest my 88 year old mother cannot pull it across the carpet on full suction as it is too powerful for her LOL! The washable filters make it very practical as does the easy to empty dustbox. I also like that the controls are on the top of the handle so dont have to bend down to turn it on/off or adjust the power settings. I had read other reviews and a couple said that they thought the lead wasnt long enough but I live in a large 5 bedroom house and the lead is long enough for my needs as I would expect to have to change socket from room to room whatever cleaner I bought. So this was not a problem for me at all. I bought it from ao.com as their website was easy to get round and they had the most competitive price for this machine and also free delivery. I was very impressed with their service. I received a text the night before confirming a delivery slot and the delivery men phoned me within that time slot to tell me they were 30 minutes away. They were very friendly and helpful and I cannot recommend this vacuum cleaner or ao.com highly enough. Buy this from them with confidence as you will not be disappointed.
