I Was Given A Turbo As A Present Nearly 1 Year Ago

I was given a turbo as a present nearly 1 year ago and have had to send it back 3 times,i requested my money back but of course they dont do refunds after 30days.It is the inconvenienc of having to wrap it up and send it back which i have had to pay for.Not to mention the embarassment of it all,had friends over for dinner thinking our dinner was almost ready and it hadnt even started to cook .Not at all happy.Bev.

This Danoz H2o Turbo Vac Is Advertised On Tv Guthy

This Danoz H2O Turbo Vac is advertised on tv Guthy Renker stuff. I bought it and used it once. Whilst the concept of using water to trap the dirt and avoid dust is really good and that seemed to work well, the advertisement of its power is very misleading. I did not have access to a bowling ball to test it like on the ad but it is not powerful at 1200 watt with turbo whatever that actually is or I suspect it is just part of the name to sell it. Also if you return it it must be in original condition and clean and you have to pay the postage and handling again. I am about to send it back and try for a refund.
