Worst Vacuum I've Ever Had

Very dissatisfied with this Hoover. There's plenty of suction when its empty but this reduces very quickly. The filters need regular cleaning just to keep it picking up. The cable is too short as is the tube. Not what I expected for the price I paid.

Sprint Useless Rubbish

This product is useless and dangerous, mine burnt out after just 3 months, thinking I,d just been unlucky I bought another, big mistake as the same thing happened, I now have to buy a third vacuum cleaner (not hoover) within six months!!! I have arthritis and thought this light compact hoover would suit me, I was wrong it's useless, I contacted hoover to no avail, due to moving into a smaller house I lost receipts, I can't afford another Hoover just now but I certainly will never purchase another Hoover product

Very Loud!

This little machine punches makes a terrifying loud noise when hoovering. Not good especially when in a flat with floorboards only. I can't believe it hasn't got noise suppression or power adjustment.

Poor Performance From Hoover

I couldn't believe that Hoover were the pioneers of vacuuming when I bought this product. At £119 from Tesco, daylight robbery. Cheap looking . Doesn't pick up from carpets. Ok on a hard floor. Couldn't separate the metal tubes to use the accessories. Also the cable is too short. It does not have much going for it other than it is cute.

As for Hoover customer services,I don't know where to begin. Awful product. I had an awful time trying to get my money back. Definitely not fit for it's purpose.

Gone back to Dyson

I wish I had read reviews before buying this hoover

Don't Buy This Product

Hoover is not the same product quality as it used to be

I bought Spirit Vacuum Cleaner and it died not even 2 years I bought it.. When I use it once or twice a month only, on barely dusty hardwood floors. Disappointing...

Bought Mine From Asda For £40. Its The Blue 2000w

Bought mine from asda for £40. Its the blue 2000w one. Had it for over a year now and I'm happy with it. I'm fairly rough with vacuum cleaners and mine has held up really well. The pet hair remover attachment is quite noisy, but effective when used correctly (don't press down hard!). I did manage to put a crack in it where it attaches to the pipe, but fixed this easily with duct tape.

It does fill up quite quickly, but that isn't a problem as it is easy to empty. I find this is a actually a good feature, as vacuums that aren't emptied regularly tent to smell.

For storage you slot the little tab on the back of the main attachment into a slot on the back of the vacuum. I was sure this would break off in no time but it's somehow still intact. The chord still retracts fine, though I am careful not to over extend it

Much, much easier to use and empty than an upright, a lot tougher too I think. So long as you give all the attachments, pipes, hoses, dust canister and filter a regular cleaning it will work great

I Wish I Had Kept The Receipt

The filter is very difficult to clean and after 6 months this vacuum cleaner is absolutely useless, as it does not pickup anything. If I had read the reviews on this page I would have saved myself some money as I would not have bought it. I have really thrown good money away on a worthless product.

Dont Buy

it is bagless, but it does have a filter which cloggs with hair or carpet fluff and then doesnt suck. fine dust cloggs the filter and you end up having to clean the filter buy hand which is not pleasant and a pain to have to do it everytime. the instructions say the filter may need to be rinsed now and again but rinsing doesnt work, its design means its very difficult to clean....buy something else.

Not Very Impressed!

Didnt even own a hoover so when we got a spare £60 we went to buy this one. Other websites posted good reviews about it. Not sure why ? I gave it 3 stars i was a bit generous cos it barely picks up anything esp cat hairs. Not ideal as we got 4 cats! Best thing about it is its very light. Other than that i reckon itwaste of money even at argos 'half price' of £59.99 ! Wouldnt recommend TBH !!
