Terrible Company

I attempted to buy a shelving unit which was in 2 pieces, whilst trying to buy it the right side increased by £125, I contacted customer service by email and had no reply. I checked prices again in the morning and the left side had now also increased,, I called customer services and was told by Fernando (manager) i need to pay the prices that’s now advertised, that’s £250 extra. Neither item we’re on sale, it was just regular prices and they increased them by £125 each. Terrible pricing and terrible customer services. They are not interested!!!

Absolutely awful. I made an order in December and was told it would be with me between 11-15 January. I received an email informing me of a delay and I should expect the package on 16 Jan. I am still waiting and when I complained on 18 Jan I was told it would take three days to respond to my complaint. This is now the fourth day and I had to chase them to find out what has happened and I was told they are still investigating.

Excellent Service !

I am surprised at so many bad reviews, it actually nearly made me cancel my order but I am so glad that I didn't. I have only purchased from Look again once and I can honestly say that their customer service was excellent! I used the chat facility on my order conformation email, they responded immediately TWICE as I got cut off during the first chat (due to me receiving a call), they were fully aware of my order and answered my queries immediately and politely and my order was actually delivered a day early. I honestly could not have received a better service and felt the need to write a review due to negative comments I have seen.

I Ordered A Nintendo Switch For A Christmas Presen

I ordered a nintendo switch for a christmas present, was given a date, on the day conducted a live chat, was told would be delivered on that day, it did not arrive, phoned customer services that evening, was told there was a short delay, a couple of days. Did another live chat when still hadnt arrived, was told would have to be investigated incase had been lost, would take 3 days, chased after 3 days, was told would take 5 days, chased again and complained, after endless emails and chats finally received a call from complaints to be told that every agent had said the wrong thing to me, the item was never in stock, due to be delivered, delayed or lost, they just didnt have it!!! DO NOT USE THEM

Never Any Issues!!

Shocked at so many bad reviews. Never had any issues. Goods always delivered. Except once were it was stolen by the neighbour after courier told not to leave it there and I was refunded. Won't use any other home shopping catalogue. Started with a 100 credit limit which has increased now to 400 after 6 months. Low monthly payments interest can be high sometimes but what do you expect when your shopping on credit. Always delivered when expected.

Ordered earphones. Delivery between 17th and 22nd, Nothing is here, do i went on chat to be informed that my order was deleyed and may be delivered on 13th NEXT MONTH. Did not get any information about delay. First and last purchase on that website. Awful experience. Oh and cancelling is a process and refund may take up to few days....wonder if that's going to be delayed...

Use Promotional Discount Offers Wisely Or Don't Bother

I received an offer of £25 off my first order of £50.00 +. Ordered an item valued at £50 - not suitable, so I returned and ordered an alternative. Upshot - I lost the voucher in the process.MY ADVICE IS- IF YOU RECEIVE ONE OF THESE VOUCHERS MAKE SURE YOU ORDER LOADS OF ITEMS SO YOU MAY AT LEAST BE ABLE TO KEEP ONE. OTHERWISE ITS NOT ON

after being with this LOOK AGAIN 20+ years i am extremely disappointed with their attitude to the people that keep them afloat financially..each week i am sent though my email, offers of the week, with my account number on it, i also entered a competition that they were running each month, last year. now that i decided i would like to spend my commission and place a substantial order, they suddenly could not find my account.they needed my name, address, account number, and date of birth..AND ADVISED ME TO OPEN A PERSONAL ACCOUNT..they had all these as it turned out, as when i disputed their actions all of a sudden out of nowhere they were able to access my account..as with others they stated due to inactivity they closed my account ..inactivity does just not mean to place an order perhaps someone should get them a dictionary with the commission they have been taking "" could be a solid gold edition"", from other review i have read about their backhanded dealings..""even banks contact you when an account is inactive for a while to see if you would like to close it, and send you any monies that are left in your account""..their latest reply to this issue is to stop sending me offers each week through my email hoping to get rid of me. I WILL be taking this matter further as these people seem to be closing old commission accounts down,to raid them for profit, nice work if you can get away with it ...STEER CLEAR OF THEM, they are now ignoring my emails.

How long does it take new look to open account as I've been waiting one day?

My account took around 2 weeks to be opened, if you don't meet the criteria to order the items you have chosen they may completely cancel your order and account request or they may apply a lower credit limit (usually £100), you can see if this is the case by looking at you account.

The confusing thing is i made an order with them and applied for a personal account. A few days later they sent me a letter out in the post asking me to sign a credit agreement and send it back. I did that. Then I got another email asking to send identification, so I did. They have now emailed me saying my account will be active from tomorrow onwards. What does this mean? Have I been accepted?

When I opened my account I didn't have to provide any ID, I did receive a Credit Agreement to sign and return though.

Perhaps you're not on the Electoral Roll and that's why but I don;t know whether you have been accepted but if they've gone to all the trouble of asking you for details I suspect you have been approved.
