I was looking for a really old Michael Jackson 7", "looking through the windows of love". They didnt have it.... but the chap who served me could not be more helpful, he found someone there and then on the net who had a copy, ordered it for me, called me two days later to tell me it was ready for collection.
In a world were customer service is now pretty rubbish, this guy was amazing
