Absolutely Awful ! Don’t Open One
While buying a few items I was persuaded to open their store card. On receiving the balance 2/3 weeks later I went in store to pay the £44 owed only to be told I needed the credit card. I explained I didn’t have one, only the statement. I was then told I could only pay online, in the bank or by telephone with a debit card! The manager in Dorothy Perkins was very helpful and called the number on the statement to be told the same thing. Although I didn’t want to pay by debit card I decided it was less stressful and cancelled the card immediately. What a paraphernalia ! My advice is don’t open one !

Rubbish.please Dont Open An Account With These Jokers
Opened a Burtons account for my son last yr.payed the full amount when i received the statement but they kept saying i was in arrears,after sending 2 cheques i ended up phoning and paying over the phone because according to them they had not received either cheques.
You would have thought i would have learnt my lesson and opened a Dorothy Pperkins account last month not realising that they are both run by New Day.the same thing happened sent a cheque that misteriously vanished,had a automated phone call to say i was in arrears.after phoning them same old...no cheque received so ended up paying over the phone.this time asked them to close my account as they dont know what they are doing .complete incompitence by all at New Day.Please dont open an account with these jokers.shambles#idiots.

Highly recommended as bills are sent to my home address roughly two weeks before payments are due. I always pay on time or before so have never inflicted any extra charges.
Card useful around Christmas as well as all year round it can be used to miss selfridge, topshop, topman and burtons in stores.
Discount vouchers come every so often through post too.
Scorecard can only be used online at Dorothy Perkins.

I Moved House A Year Ago & I Have Called Them Abou
I moved house a year ago & I have called them about my new address 4 times now!! My old housemate is picking up my mail at the old house & he says nothing has been sent for me, except a final reminder letter saying I am in arreas. I would love to know here they are (if they are) sending my bills to! I am going to pay the arreas & pay off the balance as soon as I can & cut the card up. It's not only costing me in late payment charges, it costs me a fortune every time I call them up to complain! it's ridiculous because santander handle my debenhams card as well & I have no problems with that one. I would not recommend a dorothy perkins store card to anyone! it's just more hassle than it's worth.

It's Rubbish- I Have Just Received A Statement Say
It's rubbish- I have just received a statement saying that I failed to pay the minimum amount- I did pay not only a minimum amount but the whole amount!!! ages ago. I emailed them now and I will also write a complain to both Dorothy Perkins and Santander cards.

I Have Had A Dorothy Perkins Card For Nearly 3 Yea
I have had a dorothy perkins card for nearly 3 years, it is rubbish. Every month i get the statement with very little time to make a payment. I always seem to be getting late charges as well. I havn't used the card for over 18 months now and still can't seem to get my balance down without getting one charge or another. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

this card is rubbish do not get one you will get into dept as they always send the bill late and expect you to pay a late fee and when you ring upto pay you always get someone who is not english.
