Trying to pay off and close my account. Failed security question as i cant remember what email address i had 7 years ago. 'Advisor' helpfully repeats and repeats in terrible English you need to find the information Mr ******** when i say i cant find and dont know the information - she has no answer as it clearly isnt in her script. Pathetic...

Since Topman Card Sold Out To Santander, The Custo
Since Topman card sold out to Santander, the customer service you have to endure is terrible. I had a Topman/Burton/Debenhams card but have closed them all as i cannot deal with Santander and the lack of knowledge the customer service advisors have. You may as well use a credit card to which you can get rewards!
