Advance Block Management has ignored all emails and calls for months, and their phone line is now “not in service.” Meanwhile, they raised our service charge by 160%, making my flat unsellable. Completely unprofessional—avoid at all costs.

This company do not offer the level of service as per their contract. Working with them is a complete nightmare and incredibly stressful.

As a property director, I am unable to access basic information needed to make decisions about the property, mainly cash flow. Requests for this information date back 6 months and information has not been provided, despite being assured that this information would always be readily available.

Assigned staff do not respond to emails or phone calls, and there are no processes for other staff members to provide support.

Customers are left without services and contractors are unpaid for months on end.

Overall working with Advance Block Management has been incredibly stressful, time wasting and resulted in a number of issues with tennants and contractors.

As promised by our property manager, the management fee has indeed gone down for us which enabled us to have significant savings from the service charges. They also reduced the cleaning and gardening costs for us too with better companies. From the massive savings, we had the main communal doors replaced and all the painting works carried out. More works are due to be done which we are kept up to date on. Very happy and pleased with all Advance Block Management are doing.

A brilliant company to work with. We were hesitant at the start to sign up with Advance as we weren't local to their office and it seemed too good to be true. The price they quoted seemed too low so thought they may not give a good service. However after a meeting we had with them we felt like they were the managing agents for us. They just stood out from the other managing agents we contacted. They are prompt getting works done and actually listen to us compared to our previous awful property management company. They give a great service for a great price. Give this company a go.

Very happy that the association have appointed Advance Block Management as the managing agents for our block. Previously with the old agents it just felt like we were talking to a brick wall and not moving forward. We were all just spending money , mostly on the agents own fees and not getting anything in return. Now not only has Advance reduced the management fee and service charge, we actually get a better service too!

Works actually get carried out on site and we know exactly how much we are spending and to whom.
