Zephyr Property Management took over the management of a flat we owned a couple of years ago and we have been delighted with the service ever since. Some complicated plumbing issues had arisen with the flat which had an impact on other flats in the building. Sorting out the insurance and paperwork was a daunting prospect but Zephyr took everything in hand and it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Enquiries are always dealt with professionally and the phone is answered straight away. We have recently sold 3 properties before moving overseas and have encountered some fairly poor service from various companies. By contrast it was a relief to deal with a company as professional and efficient as Zephyr. I would definitely recommend them.

Zephyr are the manageing agents for my property, up until recently i have never had to really to speak to anyone but recently the community tv ariel stopped working, i got in touche with them and explained that we do not have sky or any other cable tv so we could not get a signal for oour television. They were very helpful in getting this sorted out quickly and with the right solution for all involved. The communication was was first rate with all involved. The service I received from Jennie Cole of Zepher Property Management Ltd was first class in helping me resolve a damp issue in my property.

Jenni was pro active in obtaining a specialist report from Southern Preservations Ltd who identified the problem and who offered a recommendation to solve the issue. I then used Tom Wyatt of Ventura Installations Ltd who was introduced to me by Jenni to carry out the recommendations, both of these companies were very good in terms of service and value.

Jenni was prompt in replying and keeping me informed at all times, Jenni also had to overcome interference from directors of the building who hindered the speed of the process. My advice is to let Andrea and Jenni do what they do best, management of your property!
