They don't even vist the building but take 120 month. They don't carry out repairs or show the accounts where the monies go. The guttering is blocked causeing damp and leeks, sides of the building are green. Ignore when you ring and email, hangs up or dosent answer.

Service charges by this company increase with no control. No extra service is provided even though fees have been increased so much so that they are almost the same as the monthly mortgage fee, disgusting. Try selling your property being managed by this heinous company, no chance. They're destroying hard working people's lives here. Disgraceful.

Avoid this company like the plague!! This bunch of exploits hard working people by charging extortionate and spiralling fees for minimal service! Virtually unreachable as they never answer the phone or emails. Will not explain fully where monies have been spent! Makes properties unsellable! Absolute disgrace. Please do yourself a favour and do not even entertain this scandalous company!

They never answer phone calls or emails. The ground rent and service charge you pay is high for no obvious reason and will randomly go. You can easily end up paying as much as your mortgage. If they manage the freehold walk away.

Dreadful firm, do not maintain the building. Mismanaged the building over so many years. Impossible to speak with your property manager, they NEVER reply to emails. Its a revolving door of people who work there as im guessing they treat their staff as they do the people who live in the buildings they manage. Three years living there 4 property managers, one couldn't string a sentence together as English was not her first language, another was offensively think and constantly ill. The current manager seems embarrassed to work there but nice enough, still gets nothing done.

The only way you are sure to make contact with is to stop paying their management fees, then they threaten legal action.

Shame on the company and anyone who works there, they have made my experience living in my property feel like a jail sentence. I have been trying to move for 2 years now as they have increased their service from £150 a month to £350 a month with no warning to replace window that they have failed to maintain. They have not received a quote for works 2 years into the process but have stuck their finger in the air with estimates. I am told it is company policy to collect the money before quotes are carried out.

Seems as Countrywide property management company who were our previous management company have changed to HLM property management, if it has then we have jumped from the frying pan not into the fire but into the furnace, absolutely useless continuation of property management, to be avoided.
