I have found them very efficient and helpful in all my dealings with them. They respond to phone cals and emails promptly and queries are dealt with.

I think they are also very efficient in notifying leaseholders of what is going on in the building and in sorting out any problems speedily.

I think there are a lot of poor and mediocre property management companies out there, but Parkgate Aspen are not, they are excellent.

Parkgate Aspen took over management of this block shortly before I purchased my flat, about 8 months ago. It was clear that things had not been right in the past, but one of their first actions was to increase the hours worked by our excellent caretaker - a definite improvement. They now publish a newsletter, and are introducing CCTV and parking management. They were helpful over a conveyancing issue when I moved in, and very quick to deal with a recent parking issue concerning my reserved space. Management companies are always an unknown quantity at first, but I now feel very confident of their efficiency.

Parkgate Aspen and in particular our contact there . He’s the finest managing agent I’ve met. Always professional, fair, committed and having Norman’s Court best interests at heart. Norman Court for the record is a block of 54 flats, with a strong commitee with strong ideas, not an easy block to manage but he makes it look easy, thanks again.

I should say when I rented the flat with Park Gate Aspen 5 years ago, the moving was very fast, papers in order and any request I made, was delivered in the time located. This is very important and essential to rely on a good Landlord/Company.

I hope this will be continued until I leave the flat.

As I cannot name people, there is one Lady I wish to thank from the bottom of my heart for her help, care, and efficiency. I hope she recognizes herself.

As for my Deposit, I am counting on Parkgate Aspen fairness and professionalism. Unlike some Landlords/Agents trying to fiddle or find any excuses to not give you back your Deposit. I have read so many negative reviews but I rather make my own judgment once the deal is done.

Parkgate Aspen were an excellent company for me to deal with. I rented a flat for over a year that they managed and they were always quickly responsive to any queries that I had during the tenancy and were both professional and courteous. I had no trouble getting in touch with them (even out of hours) and always felt that they would have sorted any issues that cropped up. A good company with helpful staff.

I have been in property for a number of years. Parkgate Aspen's reputation precedes them; diabolical.

I was minded to write a review as I was considering purchasing a flat in a block they manage. I have not gone ahead with the purchase, partly due to their involvement.

I cannot believe that all of the 5* reviews here and elsewhere are actually genuine. Their suppliers I'm sure would give them excellent reviews as they choose, on behalf of residents associations, the most expensive suppliers around. They are very unhelpful and only seem to communicate with any urgency when they think they can make money.

If you are considering using them, please seek honest reviews in person. If they offer low fees, you get what you pay for, and they will charge you through the nose for "exceptional items".

I've had more than a few urban addresses. In my experience Parkgate Aspen is unusual and admirable. They share and they inform. They give detailed statements of expenses. Their concern for tenants first is evident.The way their representatives remain level and honest, especially in big properties bound to contain some habitually fractious tenants is a marvel in the big city!

I moved in to a 2-bed flat in 2013 and have had no bad experiences. I've had a hassle-fee stay at the flat and highly recommend them.
