Incompetent, Unprofessional
As a landlord with over 25 years experience I can honestly say Urban Bubble (Sales & Lettings) have been the worst company to deal with to find new tenants. Incompetence just doesn’t sum it up. They lost the first interested tenant. They put the wrong address on the agreement (which I’m still trying to get changed), They lost a set of keys, they hang on to rent and deposit, say they’ll call back and never do. One of the agents didn’t return any of the many messages I left on her mobile, or respond to my list of complaints. They refuse to pass on referencing information, believing they must get the tenants permission. Even with her permission they still haven't passed it on! Unbelievable! So unprofessional.
On 30th October they will be STRUCK OFF (check at Companies House). My fear is that they’ll continue to trade under the umbrella of their sister company Urban Bubble Ltd, same director.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of alternative lettings agents in Manchester.
I'm now forced to make a claim on their Client Money Protection policy for the tenant's deposit they won't hand over so I can register it.
Hi, I was a tenant of Urban Bubble until recently but thank god my landlord saw sense and didn't renew the contract with them. I have reported issues some over 26 weeks ago yet they're still outstanding. Remedial works from a leak and a window lock mechanism to be exact. I have had such bad experiences with Urban Bubble and cannot believe how they're still trading. I would like to 2nd your comments on avoiding this company at all odds. They also cannot seem to pay landlords on time causing issues between the tenant and landlord by thinking the tenant ie myself was paying late or not at all. Absolute disgrace of a company.

We have emailed Urban Bubble on a number of occasions, trying to find out if our flat is let out, and have not received a reply.
This is normal with U Bubble. When we do receive a response it is often a few days later. We have been trying to see if our one of our flats has been let, only to be emailed today informing us that our flat has been left in a total mess, by a previous tenant.
We were first informed of this over 3 months ago and we just assumed that U bubble were getting on with getting it cleaned up and ready for letting, indeed we were hoping that it was not only cleaned up, but now let.
This is an appalling service!

Terrible experience. I agreed to a tenancy with UrbanBubble, confirmed in writing only for them to then accept another offer, after mine. I found this out 7 days after. They aren’t responding to emails or calls. Avoid at all costs.

Urban Bubble have been managing my property in Leeds on behalf of the developer (Elliot Group). Awful company to deal with - never respond to emails, quarterly payments are ALWAYS short, no explanation or communication. I am now owed almost 3000 pounds and, as the actual developer to which the property is registered is based in the Seychelles, no legal recourse either. DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!!

Waste Of Time For Every Single Matter They Will Not Help
As for personal experience, terrible service, they never reply even if you ask for the invoices, a car parked in our space for one week they didn't help until the person who sold us the house wrote to their manager, it's a waste charge as they waste time of their customer without caring or reply when the customer needs them, I know now that for any problem I have to do every on my own and don't ask their help as this will never come, unless the managers are in cc obviously

Truly Terrible
This joke company managing our property and we haven't got a lift for 2 weeks now. This is a building with 15 floors , there are pensioners, families with small babies, pregnant women live on the top floors and they have to climb up and down the stairs each day cause this useless company don't bother to hurry up things and get the lift fixed.
Terrible, Extra Stress In The Area
Urban Bubbles manages the property at the Way zone 7 Lovell, Beswick & they are extra source of stress in the area. They are slow to responding to repairs such as communal gates. They instituted a parking patrol against the wishes of majority of the residents. Even when the residents complained, they insisted on their plan and at subsequent meeting, one of their agent that attended the meeting was very rude & un professional.
It's a shame that they are managing our property and all the residents are meeting again to arrange for alternative property management company.
Q&A
I own an apartment in Norfolk House 2. There is a dispute between urbanbubble and Elliot Group over management of this building and this is not yet resolved. Is there any third party organisation which can help me protect my rights? I do not live in the UK. Thank you so much!
