GTech SW02

I bought the SW02 from Gtech directly (delivery was free which is always a positive when ordering online). I am honestly very impressed with this product, I originally bought it for quick jobs that a dustpan and brush would traditionally do, however, the big heavy Dyson very rarely ever gets used now, as I have to drag it out, plug it in and move its heavy frame around, the Gtech is so easy to use in comparison and surprisingly I cant tell any difference in performance. Its brilliant on all surfaces, for pet hair and the handle removes so I can clean the stairs - a triumph for British engineering!

I purchased a GTech SW02 direct from Gtech via their online shop (delivery was included in the price which is always nice). I bought it as a secondary cleaner to use for quick jobs around my home when i couldnt be bothered to get the upright vacuum out. As it turns out I hardly ever get it out now, on all surfaces the Gtech is fantastic especially on pet hairs and it is SO easy to use, plus and the handle easily removes for stair cleaning. A triumph for British engineering!

Bought the GTech SW02 after seeing it been used in a large garden centre. Saw how easily the workmen was using it so I asked him about it. He recommended the SWO2 in relation with the other ones the store had. He felt this one had the most going for it. I saw it pick up the pieces of soil and various other items on the floor and was most impressed with it. I have only bought it so I cant comment on the long term of using it . I think it will be ideal just to use every day for a quick tidy up but I chanced to still use the normal vacuum cleaner but only now and again. The lightweight and simplicity of it was the bonus.

The GTech SW02 is excellent in every way. For it's size and power it picks up an amazing amount of fluff etc. Very light weight and easy to manouevre. not too noisy either. Just as efficient on tiled floors.

Simple to empty and saves on expensive hoover bags. Handle comes off to do stairs and mattresses etc. Easy to store. If you share your home with cats and dogs as I do, and haven't the energy to assemble the cylinder hoover each evening the SW02 will be perfect for you. I wouldn't replace my Meile Cat and Dog but the SW02 is perfect for keeping your carpets free from hair until the week-end when time allows for a thorough 'do' , using it is effortless. I live in a tiny cottage with very limited storage space, the SW02 sits neatly in the corner of the kitchen, ready for action and without looking intrusive. A brilliant piece of kit in every way.
