No Customer Service
After being locked out of my messages after using my password 3 times unsuccessfully I tried contacting customer service. After 30 min on the phone I gave up I used their email account to contact them and their reply was oh so sorry call the same number that didn't answer the phone the day before. A telecommunications company that won't answer the phone when called and uses a robot to tell you they are so sorry for the wait. It will be easier for me now to go to another provider than get a hold of customer service.

Very Poor, There Are Better Options.
I am a customer and I would say that my internet isn't the best. I don't pay for the internet as one of my family members does but the speeds are not as advertised.
Usually the router has issues and so needs to be reset once in a while. A couple of weeks ago I had an outage and so we had to wait days before it got fixed.
Customer service is a joke with the only advice being "turn it on and off again".
Fibre internet is coming to my neighbourhood so I will be leaving this company soon. My internet speed is usually 10 for download and even lower for upload.

I Received A Deal On My Costco Executive Membershi
I received a deal on my Costco Executive membership for a primus internet plan. The website was not helpful to navigate me through to check out the membership offer. After discussing the membership plan with the customer care representative, I realized that the discount is a trap - it covers the connection fees, and there is hidden cost of modem rental, which doesn't actually give me any discount. So I politely refused to go with the plan. The same night I get the plan purchase request by email. When I call the customer care again next morning, I have to spend 15 minutes to get the plan canceled, which I never bought in the first place, and on top of that, I am asked to spend time to return the modem by mail that I was going to receive. Don't even call customer care. They are just a bunch aiming to earning their commission!

1) the sales person in Costco provided wrong information
2) Technical support could not fix technical issues
3) To terminate they charged me $200 for less than 10 days of very poor service

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE. LEFT ME WITHOUT THE PHONE FIXED FOR WEEKS, COULD NEVER GET THROUGH. I REGRET THE DAY I HEARD THE PRIMUS NAME.

The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Received.
This company is supplying a vital link (VPN) between 2 of our offices. So vital that without out it one office cannot produce an income. This VPN has been down for 6 days straight and they have no ETA on rectifying. This is the second time in 6 months this has happened. They do not keep us informed, we have to chase them all the time for updates. I will be changing service providers as soon as possible.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service!!!
Just had the misfortune of dealing with the call centre 'manager' who was absolutely vile!! Actually raised her voice and shouted at me because she had no defence for their diabolical service. Forgetting that the Internet has just died for the 3rd time in 12 months (2 x engineers visits and not exaggerating more than 50 phone calls!) their service is just disgusting. They PROMISE to phone back at specific dates/times. They are busy (of course they are because the service is so rubbish) but don't shout at me because you phoned back 3 days later when everyone is at work and make out like it's my fault.
Such a poor service, please please don't go with these people
