Euphony

I was with euphony for quite a few years, but last year discovered bt were cheaper. I phoned Euphony to cancel and send covering letter, i signed up with bt in august 2009. Thought all ok, until a few months ago when i started receiving letters saying i owed 32.00, i phoned to be told that i hadnt cancelled and this was a quarters line rental for 2009. Even though i was with bt and had phoned and written to cancel. Since then they have sent numerous threatening letters saying they will take me to court. Numerous phone calls from me to say i had cancelled. A sensible guy called Terry agreed with me and cancelled it all. Then i had another threatening letter from them, i phoned and was told someone called silvio had stopped it and i still owed them a quarters rental(even though i had cancelled). I spoke to this jobsworth who says he checked all calls and could i prove i had called to cancel. I have spent enough time and money with euphony i shouldnt have to prove a phone call. They are bullying and threatening me for £32.00. I will complain to oftel, but dont see what else i can do. I certainly wouldnt use this firm again, and would advise same to anyone.

I have been with euphony for over 6months i have had no problems as yet overall comparing to B.T its very cheap i am saving alot of money cant wait to leave B.T totally as i have the calls only and line rental is cheaper with euphony than B.T you can save upto £3.50 a month if your with Euphony

Been using Euphony for a few years now, no major problems. Cheaper line rental now, plus a very cheap inclusive call package. But Not open weekends

Euphony gives me fantastic service, online billing available, I saved about £30 per month compared to bt. esy to connect, uk call centres too. martin lewis - money saving expert says they are the best also no line rental as yet - they say they are introducing this before 2009 - can't wait to get rid of bt for good!

I would recommend Euphony if asked about it. Change over was swift & hassle free, plus talking to someone based in the UK was a bonus. Have dropped my bills quite a bit.
